Staples uses Xerox copiers which are similar to the Canon copiers that I used at FedEx Office. So I was relieved to find a replacement copier. After going to this Staples store a few times I started using other services, such as dropping off UPS and USPS packages. I also found it convenient to purchase a few items and found their customer service to be good too. They were helpful and attentive to what I needed.

Most major retailers support contactless payments, so it's frustrating to show up expecting to pay with your phone and find out it's not an option. Was told this was "store policy" Save yourself the hassle and bring cash. Don't assume you can use Apple Pay or credit/debit cards here. The surrounding neighborhood also didn't feel particularly safe, so if you do bring cash, keep it secured and out of sight. It's frustrating to have to worry about payment options and personal safety just to run a simple errand.

They completely saved the day for me and my business! I was on a very strict deadline to finish a major client project. I initially went to the FedEx Office location inside my hotel at the Westin Bonaventure, but they closed early at 6:00 PM. After a frantic internet search, I found that the Wilshire location was open until 7:00 PM. I arrived at the Wilshire store with only a few minutes left before closing. We all know how common it is for workers to show frustration or a negative attitude when a customer walks in right at closing time. Instead, Cindy was absolutely amazing. She was wonderfully pleasant, extremely accommodating, patient, positive, and highly professional. She actually took the time to listen to my situation and genuinely care. In fact, she was so supportive that I felt like she wanted me to finish my project even more than I did! What she did next was truly impressive. Because another gentleman was using the only computer I needed, Cindy immediately called her colleague Jenny to assist me. The moment the computer became available, they had me logged on in a flash. Jenny was equally pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, quickly troubleshooting a few technical issues that easily could have cost me precious time. Throughout this entire high-stakes window, Cindy and Jenny worked together in perfect harmony. They managed the store seamlessly, assisted all the remaining customers, gave me the exact time and space I needed to complete my project, and still managed to close the store precisely on time. I was truly blown away by the management, teamwork, and exceptional customer service displayed by these two.
