All of the staff is super helpful, they got my son in for a visit…read morethe same day (potential cavity pain) and handled him like champs - he's 3 1/2, 65 lbs + and has a major fear of dentists (from a different office experience). Another dental office wanted to charge 3 times the price and put my son under general anesthesia, because he puts up such a fight from his dental office fears. My husband and I were so fearful of general anesthesia so this dentist office offered us the option of "arresting the cavity" (which essentially just delays the cavity progression in the hopes he grows out of his fears and cooperates for an actual filling in the future). This was something the previous dental office had told us about yet refused to offer that to my son, in fear they couldn't handle his thrashing to do the 30 second "arresting cavity" procedure. I'm so glad we got a second opinion and specifically with this office! They made sure we got the procedure that we wanted done and dealt with my sons fearful behavior SO well. We all worked together and were able to do the quick procedure and avoid anesthesia. I enjoyed everything about this office and I'm hopeful that my son will learn to be comfortable there and eventually enjoy his visits. Dr Harrington's practice is a provider in our dental network however the hospital where the procedure was to take place was not in our insurance network. Dr. Harrington's two front office ladies worked endlessly with my insurance company to get a referral approved for coverage. I would receive phone calls almost daily with status updates. They ended up getting everything approved for the procedure! Because of their diligent work and determination, Dr. Harrington was able to preform the procedure. Dr. Harrington himself was amazing as always and took very good care of my little one. Dr. Harrington was very adamant that my little one did not have a bad experience. I highly recommend Dr. Harrington for any pediatric care.

We had some concerns about one of his teeth and wanted to get it checked out with a pediatric dentist. From the moment we walked in the front door, we were met with smiles and warmth. The person at the front desk knew our names, was kind, and so welcoming! We were promptly led to an exam room that had plush toys, play dentist toys, and regular toys. Instead of a chair they have a large sitting bed that you can comfortably sit on with your little one. The hygienist, Kat, was amazing with our son! She brushed his teeth and made sure it was an amazing experience for both of us! Dr. Natalie came in promptly after and did a thorough exam and was so non-judgmental, kind, friendly, and patient! Our little guy was calm, relaxed, and she took the time to play pretend and brush the toy teeth with him!
