I also had the luck of finding a pair of ON cloud tec, multi colored running shoes in my size at half price. The bonus on these was a rubberized, outer finish for rainy weather. Be sure to peruse the entire men's and women's clothing selection. You will find creative, designer sportswear that you don't see everywhere. I had a hungry man at my heels so I missed a lot.

During the COVID era, the most usual practices can be grueling, unpleasant and somewhat tedious. Getting fitting out for rentals is tedious in any case (with 6 year old in tow).. but it's the bright faces of the crew and their efficient work that truly make all the difference. In and out.. as quickly as we could possibly be! Super happy with the equipment, guidance and help. When we were nearly late to our ski lesson, they helped out tremendously. When I wasn't sure about fit of the boot, they had all the info. When we wanted a harness for our 6 year old (he was FLYING at a speed we weren't comfortable), Toby and Erika were there to help. I was there on Sunday and it had few customers, no wait time. I was in and out with 10 minutes. Everything was very quick and clear. Return was the same, very quick agian. No wait time. The price was much cheaper than at the resort and service was better.

This was our first time dropping him off and so were a little stunned that they just took him and told use to pick him up at the end of the day. (No really it was the best after the initial shock that we wouldn't help him with boots etc. - Great school). Anyway husband needed a new pair of gloves so we stopped in the Patagonia store - and in the course of conversation with David it came out that he had some experience with the ski school and proceeded to allow us to pepper him with questions for a good 10-15 minutes and really put our minds at ease - but also encouraged us to keep our son going with the snowboarding practice. In the middle of all of the questions he also helped my husband with gloves, socks and a belt. Overall the experience was made by David and his friendliness and taking the time out for us!

Brandon was very helpful and refreshingly kind over the phone and was able to process my refund for returning my gear a day early. I still don't think I'll be back after the experience I had but I'm just glad there's at least one person at this store who was happy to help me. Empathy goes a long way and hope the other employees can spend more training time with Brandon lol.

I had a great day snowboarding…read more Unfortunately 2 of the screws on separate bindings came off when I came off the lift at the top of the mountain. These screws are responsible for holding the bootstraps to the bindings. Thankfully I was able to find these screws after looking around in the snow and put them back in, but it could have been much worse if they came off while I was riding. I was explaining what happened at the end of the day to the return staff and was cut off mid-way with "yes I'm aware of how they work". No apology or acknowledgment. For $100+ / day I expected top notch service and attention to critical details. Rent at your own peril.
