Arrived today (17th Feb 17). The apartments are outside the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh, a really nice home away from home. I'm glad we chose this accommodation over a hotel room as I feel more comfortable and relaxed than I would normally be. There is a supermarket just around a corner for your essentials ( beer and wine). Fiona greeted us as we booked in and is really friendly, helpful and showed us to our accommodation, explaining how everything work. The only downside I had was we walked from the train station to the accommodation and my navigation took me through some areas where I felt I t didn't look safe to be at night, bloody SatNavs taking you the most direct/shortest route. If I'd used local buses or taxi's or stuck to the main roads then I wouldn't have been anywhere near those areas. After all that waffling my verdict is 'great accommodation and very helpful staff'. read more
