Removed landscape edging when they wouldn't have needed to do if they had installed where it was supposed to go. Asked them to leave and send another crew. The second crew moved it, put it where it was supposed to be and its sturdy and safe now. 1st crew did some cutting so one piece is cut and sharp. Created more work for us because now we have to completely redo the edging and place rock back where it was.

But this time the chair broke on the 3rd of June 2025 I called them and they had a online Diagnostic person (3rd party company) they screwed up on their part said it was 1 thing and it turned out to be something else. I just picked up the chair today .I honestly don't know what has happened but they are Dieing Fast. I Realize that the company who makes the chair is hard to deal with. Turns out there were 2 electronic parts that needed to be replaced and one had to be ordered and took over a week to get to him. He got the repair completed and tested the scooter for reliability many times before he brought it back to me. He also had a loaner for me to use while he had mine.
