My father in law age 90 and mother 83. Mother passed away about 4 months ago. Since her passing, I am yet to have seen the elevator work one time. I called last Friday, I was told I would receive a call back, never did. I called back Wednesday of this week, and can not get the elevator to be looked at until Next Friday. Very sad, we have told my father in law that he will have to stay on the main level until it is fixed next Friday. I have been told because my mother in law passed, this time and this time only there will not be a service call charge when the elevator was supposedly repaired a few weeks ago, that never worked the one time i tried to use it. It is very sad that an elderly couple, now just an elderly man will be charged for an elevator repair that never worked in the first place this time. I would find a company that not only takes pride in the equipment they sell but also takes pride in the service they provide and stand behind it. .

Created more work for us because now we have to completely redo the edging and place rock back where it was.

I have tried everything to work with this company to no avail. I'm in this chair for a reason and now I'm scared to even get in another chair. Now what do I do? Turns out there were 2 electronic parts that needed to be replaced and one had to be ordered and took over a week to get to him. He got the repair completed and tested the scooter for reliability many times before he brought it back to me. He also had a loaner for me to use while he had mine.
