Do not do business with these heartless people. I have two disabled parents to care for, a house to empty and move and countless accounts to close due to my 38 year old brother's death in Jan this year. He was caretaker yo our parents and opened an account with these heartless people for convenience, not because the products are great, trust me. When I called to close the account they offered me a dozen hoops to jump through and said i have to email another person after already speaking with two, and getting no where. I do not have time or space in my grief to do this, nor do I have the money for the constant shipments as I am now their caretaker. This is not a "wellness" company, more a heartless making sure their own pockets are doing well. All of the other companies closed his accounts no problem and just sent an email to the one he had on file to notify him. I knew there was something shady about this place when he opened the account.
So sad when money is the priority, don't break ranks, no, can't do that, it'll touch their pockets.
I will not send a death certificate to anyone over washing detergent! Pathetic. read more
