We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

Speed Queen isn't the cheapest but its reputation is long-standing and I haven't bought a brand new washer in over 20 years. There's something to be said about buying Made In The USA and a 5 year warranty I feel brings comfort, pride, and value to the table. The daily delivery emails were great with as busy as I've been with work. I called back several times from both my work and personal phone to confirm the delivery window set for me and never got anyone on the phone. I got a call less than a hour before expected delivery and was able to pick up because I was at an appointment I had to move up to be able to make the delivery window work for me (which was established the evening before) and the person calling to schedule was curt and snarky, asking for the phone number on my file. I told him the work phone number he was calling was for scheduling because it was during work hours and the other number was personal. He acted annoyed that I didn't know which one was on my file when I provided both at the time of purchase and this is my first purchase from y'all. He told me my drivers would be at least half an hour early awouod only wait 15 minutes. I told him I moved a personal appointment to 9am once I received delivery window from 10-1, so would need them to keep the time they committed to. He seemed annoyed with that as well, although I told him I'd be home by 10 for the delivery. I was home around 9:40, with plenty of time. The drivers were kind, professional, and efficient and said they had a lot of deliveries which is why they were early. They didn't seem annoyed, and were wrapped up with my install by 10:05, so should technically still been ahead of schedule.
