They handled all of the communications with insurance, which was a huge weight off of my shoulders. Not that I cared since it was going through insurance, but their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of the work is impeccable. I have no idea how, but they matched the exact spray pattern that was on the rest of the panels from the factory. This is far more difficult than achieving a flawless mirror style finish, and the end result is that it looks like the panel is the original one that came on the truck. Panel gaps are good too. They also gave a lifetime warranty on the work, which I don't anticipate ever needing but is nice to have for peace of mind.

I as well had very high hopes with some of the reviews and advertisement of complete auto care…read more When asking if they serviced oil changes and tire rotations, they said yes, but had to get the oil and filters from a nearby outlet and seem to be confused as to the rotation of a 2017 Chevy Tahoe. I did feel as if I was nickel and dime as well. Also was asked to pay in advance for the oil change and tire rotation. Friday, services weren't going to be rendered until Monday . On another note because of the advertisement of complete auto care I asked if they detailed or fixed a few pieces on my Chevy Tahoe that were fading out and said all I can do is possibly get a leather conditioner or no we cannot fix that part. Hmmm

I took my car to get washed here as I was getting it ready to get it listed for sale and well, I…read morethink they did a pretty good job... minus the part where they forgot to vacuum... the trunk. I decided to bring my place here to a local business to support the businesses around Oak Ridge and where I lived and well, I think it was an honest mistake. They were really nice when I brought it in, and told me the price right there in the parking lot. However, the prices they quoted me when I pulled in differed from the prices that I looked up on their website! If you're going to change the prices, you would think that the prices on the website would change as well... nope. Instead of what was listed on the website, a car wash as well as vacuumed interior for a total price of $29.99 (Standard Wash), I was quoted for $35 when I got there. Maybe that was a tip included? No idea. Anyways, I didn't ask any questions as that was a local business. Will I bring my car to get it washed here? I don't know, I might have second thoughts. They also do window tinting here which is pretty nice and I will probably consider bringing my car to get that done here as I saw the equipment used was pretty good and they also give a lifetime warranty. However, when it comes to tinting it usually lasts forever if it's installed correctly. If you have a trunk. Make sure you pop that open for them to vacuum as well. I didn't and well, wasted some money in the process and not getting everything I paid for. My fault.

Purchased extra hose and try not to turn wheels lock to lock. Given it's a custom piece and no one else has anything close I consider this currently a minor maintenance issue. Since I pull the wheels and do a brake check after every track day it's not much of a hassle to keep an eye on. New Apex wheels don't appear to have as much interference as the oem wheel. May be able to make further adjustment in the future. Braking consistency has improved dramatically so overall a great product.
