I returned the machine September 16th. A sleep coach from Above &Beyond Medical reached out to me August 14th via text asking if I had any questions or issues. I texted back on 3 different occasions without any response. On September 16th when I returned the CPAP machine, I walked in after the door was unlocked from lunch. I and 3 other people stood in the reception area waiting a good 5 minutes before someone from a back room saw us standing and said he'd get someone to help us. About a minute later a woman entered the room carrying a takeout box with an half eaten sandwich in it, sat in the receptionist chair and asked who was next. I continue to not be impressed with Above & Beyond Medical.

As a result it will provide detailed data to my physician, Dr. Nadrous, so that he is fully informed at our next appointment. Frankly, except for a few personal items to be filled in, he did ALL of it and made certain it was working properly. I believe it became apparent that I was somewhat "tech challenged" with the task. He also answered all of my questions. A person could not possibly ask for more. What an exceptional health service experience this was !
