I could not get any support at Above and Beyond Medical and within weeks I took everything back to them and started over. I researched and went to McFarland Medical in Sevierville who was in my insurance plan. However, on the day that I went to their office, I'd forgotten my wallet. I didn't have a credit card on me. They refused to do business with me until I had a credit card on file. I have insurance that covers anything 100% and even though they admitted they knew I had full coverage insurance, McFarland Health insisted having a credit card on file. I walked out! I then landed on Lambert's HealthCare of Fountain City who was in my Blue Cross Blue Shield healthcare plan. These folks were amazing, got me fitted and set up with another CPAP machine and supplies. After about one year with them, they fell out of my insurance plan and that's when I found Lincare. I went to Lincare of Sevierville in May of 2026, met their staff and CRT Specialist, Ron Hazlett who appeared dedicated to his craft. I phoned Lincare of Sevierville two days ago, asking for Ron Hazlett as I had issues with my CPAP machine and wanted to discuss a fix. On the first call, Jessica answered the phone said she'd check if he was available, to hold on. After about five minutes, the call dropped. I called back again in about 10 minutes and spoke with Trey, he took my name and number he said that he'd have Mr. Haslett, call me back when he was available. It's been two days now and no callback! Furthermore, the Lincare Sleep Circle app is a joke. It's great for ordering supplies but beyond that it is useless even though it promises to track your progress. When I go to my Sleep Journal in the app, this has been my response from day one "Well, this is awkward... We apologize for the inconvenience, but we couldn't get the usage data for your device. Don't worry - we automatically opened a service request to get this resolved for you." I do not recommend Lincare of Sevierville, and obviously I will be looking once again looking to find someone as great as Lambert's HealthCare was.

Their billing appears to be a complete scam. Your payments don't seem to go to the charge you were billed for. Their numbers/payments do NOT match the insurance companies numbers. Their invoices that they send you each month have virtually no information on them. I asked for itemized invoices that include the total charge and the amount paid by insurance - something that I get from every other medical company or doctor that I deal with - and was told they do not send those out to customers. I recently received one years worth of itemized invoices because they thought that is what I was asking for and it DOES include all the proper amounts. I see now why they don't send them to customers each month. There are several customer payments by credit card listed on this thing long after I my credit card was CANCELED! The payments I have sent by check ... I'm not sure where those went. I did payroll and billing for 10 years at my former job. I know and understand invoices. I have no clue what Adapts invoices are attempting to tell you. That's what an invoice IS to a customer, it is supposed to be telling the customer the story of each month's charges and payments and balances and due dates. Good luck understanding theirs. Be very careful if you give them a credit card!! Watch and retain every 'invoice' you receive from them. Like the other folks here, if I could choose NO stars, I would.

They said I could rent a CPAP for 10 months as that is what my insurance covered. Okay... cool. Then they said they needed a card on file for my appointment but assured me that I would NOT be billed for anything. That my card would only be charged in case I went over the 10 months and chose to continue using the cpap. Ok, fine. So I have some time to try it out and choose if I want to really buy one... right? WRONG!!! They just billed me $2.06 on Sunday, and on Friday, they then billed me $157.22 for god knows what. Truly, I have no clue why. I tried to speak to the billing department and got the run around. Now I am being told that I am RENTING TO OWN and will be billed monthly NOBODY EVER SAID THAT IN FACT, they said THE OPPOSITE! That I would not have to pay a dime! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE They are a total bloody scam and the billing department will confuse you, interrupt you. and say things that aren't true. It all seemed perfect at first, then they sneak charges onto your debit or credit card!!!! I kid you not. It's UNREAL I'm so angry. How dare you.

Frankly, except for a few personal items to be filled in, he did ALL of it and made certain it was working properly. I believe it became apparent that I was somewhat "tech challenged" with the task. He also answered all of my questions. A person could not possibly ask for more. What an exceptional health service experience this was !
