You can imagine my disappointment when I found that the pool is closed until further notice for structural repairs. The pool is on the second story of the building and has a lovely skylight/glass roof that opens above. They have restroom facilities where you are supposed to shower before entering and the pool is quite large. It is typically not too cold either. It can get pretty rambunctious during the family swim with lots of children playing and because it is indoors it is incredibly loud. The pool itself probably deserves 4 stars but the other reviews are correct in stating that the hours are often wrong and I have come many times with a car full of kiddies only to be disappointed so they definitely lose a star for reliability and communication. I look forward to the pool reopening and will try and update my review on my next visit.

If you're coming with little ones, keep an eye on them because bigger kids tend to just run around and can hurt the littles unintentionally. 1 star for the staff. All the lifeguards are so rude and lifeless. Right when you walk in, the lifeguards that sit at the entrance are all slouched and treat you like you just woke them up from a good nap. They have ZERO personality and aren't kid friendly. Like, none of them.
