The bowls are hefty and full, so they fill you up. if you are going to get full, you might as well get full on goodness of healthy ingredients. The bowls are constructed with care and neatly arranged to make it as delightful to look at as they taste. It is nice that they have signature bowls on the menu for those indecisive, choosy people. But you can freestyle your bowl to customize what ingredients you want as well. The Pitaya base was like a sorbet / ice cream and the chia seed pudding was not slimy or weird, but added a nice parfait texture. They both went well together in the BLUE LAGOON bowl which was overall very refreshing, especially on a warm day. There are 2 sizes of bowls, Regular and Large but the Regular size is 16 ounces! A whole pound of food! So that is plenty for one person. The Large is definitely a shareable size (24 oz). Sharing is caring so you can bring a group here. I can see this place being a hang out, as there is quite a bit of space with tables inside and also a patio area. If you are new to Acai Bowls, you might think it is pricy for 1 portion, but you get what you pay for. You pay almost $10 for a fast food meal that is processed junk. But by spending a little more, at least you are eating healthy and get surprisingly stuffed (with possible leftovers) from the bowls. This place can be good for a morning boost with offerings such as smoothies and toast. Or even come here for dessert, make it a happy ending. There are ice cream sandwiches for purchase. But, why not normalize smoothies and acai bowls for dessert? How you feel is a direct result of what you put into your body. Across the parking lot is McDonalds like the devil, and the angel, Everbowl, both on your shoulders. Which one is enticing you? The juices were exceptionally balanced in the Beach Break and there was no overly dominant flavor.
