After playing phone tag, the guy that answers the phone says Saturday isn't even an option as their alignment guy isn't in on Saturdays. I scheduled for today (Monday). Wheels were aligned in about an hour. I thought things were good to go. My tire pressure light went on while I was driving from the shop to work in Honolulu. I called the shop immediately and someone said a manager would call me back. No call ever came today. I took my car to get my tire pressure checked. Only one tire was filled to 33. The rest of them were filled to 18!! My goal tire pressure per the manufacturer is 35. Now I'm questioning the entire accuracy of my service. My two rear tires are brand new (literally days old). The only reason I didn't get my wheels aligned at Lex Brodie's where I got the tires, is because they don't align Audis. Super disappointed in the service here. I've never in all my years of driving had tire pressure that low, and to have it that low after a service is astonishing. Update: 6 days later and no response from the store via phone or yelp. I received a message saying my appointment needs to be moved to Saturday July 25,2026. I arrive for my appointment and I am told that they do not have the tires I requested, but can they install customer bought parts per policy. I understood why they wouldn't install the shocks, but not having the tires, is completely unacceptable. There was absolutely no communication leading up to my appointment that they wouldn't not install my shocks. There was absolutely no communication that they wouldn't have my tires I wanted. Instead of just giving a set of tires that they had in stock for the price of the original tires, the clerk looked at only what "deals" they had available, and didn't even have those tires in stock. I would have to come back on Monday (a day I am unable to make due to my schedule). And I needed tires immediately due to the amount of tread I had on them. As I stood there just in disbelief at the situation before me, the clerk said that was all he could do. I shared that had there been communication prior I would have just went somewhere else, he responded "that's Firestone for you". He did not really try to make the situation right. He was completely ok with having a potential customer leave. He just ended with "sorry that's all that I can do, good luck".

Today I woke up to a flat tire. The day before I noticed a chunk out of my passenger front fire. I took it to Mike's Tire anf two technicians looked at it and said it was completely fine. I believed them and thanked them for their time. Clearly, it was not okay. I drive this vehicle for Uber so passenger safety is very important to me. I called Mike's to let thrm know ow what happened and the guy could care less, tried to sell me a tire, and gave no apologies. Called Pono,they looked at inventory found a used tire and got me in immediately. They were very friendly and the swap only took 15 minutes. I have new found respect for Pono Tires. Excellent work.
