I went close to the time of the storm warning, so makes perfect sense. The customer service is exceptional. Jack was working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of in terms of food and drink. The photographers were friendly. Jim was especially informative, kind and helpful. Ron made quite an impression with his whale sounds. Ron also gave my boyfriend and I a stamp of the humpback on our arms--hot cute! Lastly, the captain (I believe his name started with a "TH," maybe Thom?) was generous and brilliant. He was gracious enough to show my boyfriend and I the pilot station. Super cool! Hannah, the bartender was amazing--taking care of every guest with care. The virgin pina colada was yummy! The prices are super affordable. My boyfriend and I didn't see the whales breach; however, we got to see two humpbacks, flying fish and white terns. The views are beautiful. I was thankful for the size of the boat because I noticed many MUCH SMALLER boats in the water--meaning, greater susceptibility to sea sickness. Majestic by Atlantis Cruises also offers deals. My boyfriend and I appreciated our Kama'aina discount! The detailed check-in and parking info provided by Majestic was very helpful as well. If you don't see any whales, you're guaranteed a free redo--how cool is that? This was a magical experience, and I had a blast!

Overall, it was a perfect experience and I'll definitely recommend them to anyone who would love to splurge a bit and go out on the water in a beautiful boat. The best part of the entire evening was the beautiful views that was honestly the only highlight of the cruise. Beyond that, the operation felt disorganized, almost like a group of children were running the boat instead of a well-trained team. The food was just okay and definitely not worth the price we paid. Lobsters we received were pregnant which I'm sure is not okay, a lot of green near the tail. The performances were okay seemed all over the place and not authentic. Cheap costumes and again just seemed like children needing a job. We also paid extra for a celebration cake, but it arrived with a "Congratulations" banner that wasn't even appropriate for our occasion. When I finally spoke to the manager she told me there's no option to choose the occasion so all cakes come that way. To make matters worse, it was simply handed to us off to the side with no presentation or effort to make the moment feel special. The most frustrating part was the customer service. I asked to speak with a manager three separate times and was ignored each time. The manager never came to us--I had to find her myself. You can definitely find another better event For the price of this experience, I expected much better service, attention to detail, and professionalism. The views were beautiful, but they weren't enough to make up for everything else. I wouldn't choose this cruise again. Morning after update: my daughter woke up puking her brains out, im sure from the unpleasing looking lobster. I'd definitely stay away from this company and boat

WARNING!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR A BOAT CHARTER!! Our boat didn't show on our wedding…read moreday (8/12) as promised and we still have yet to see the deposit refund!! I contacted Aaron via Yelp and he said that he could accommodate my request for a 24 pax boat from He'eia Kea pier to the Kaneohe sandbar and back for $1100. A rate that we'd regretfully find out was WAY TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!! He sent me pictures to my personal email of the boat (Manibuka parked at the Ala Wai boat harbor). It looked decent so we set up a time to look at the boat. My husband and I met Aaron and the boat captain, Kutay Satiroglu on the boat. Kutay requested that we pay a deposit of half the balance ($550) to lock in our date. We paid him via PayPal to lock in our 8/12/18 date back in February. Kutay seemed like a really nice guy at the time and offered to take us out to see the Friday night fireworks when it came closer to our wedding date so we can get to know him a little better and how he handles his boat. We took him up on the offer about a month out to our wedding date and had a great Friday evening. The Saturday before our wedding, Kutay called my husband advising him that he had left Ala Wai boat harbor and that they were on their way to the East side of the island. Then the nightmare happened. Standing at He'eia Kea pier in my wedding dress with 24 of my closest friends and family at 8:30 in the morning, I don't see Kutay's boat. I call him and no answer. I called him about 10 more times with no luck. Apparently, Kutay had boat problems overnight and didn't bother to text my husband until till 8:19 the morning of the wedding when our pick-up time was at 8:30. Furthermore, he didn't even bother to ensure that he got a hold of one of us to advise what happened and just shut his phone off after he sent his text message. We didn't get Kutay's text message till the next day when we went tried to get a hold of him to ask him what happened. My husband called him and Kutay apologized for what happened and explained the situation. As frustrated as we were, we told him that we just wanted our money for the deposit back. He agreed that he would refund us within the next two days. Three weeks later, after we get back from our honeymoon, we still don't see a refund. We text Kutay and he advises that due to the recent hurricane, he took a hit and so now he'll pay us back when he's able to. My patience is completely gone at this point. I text him that this is completely unacceptable and that he needs to refund us immediately. At this point, we are nearly a month after the fact and still have yet to see the refund. As of today, no response from Kutay. I call Aaron, a couple days ago to advise him of the situation. He stated that he knew somewhat of the situation but didn't know the full details. Initially, he agreed that this was a very unfortunate event and that he'd refund the money on his behalf per our phone conversation if it came down to it. He said that he'd first try to get a hold of Kutay to find out what was going on. Aaron texts me back yesterday and says that Kutay told him the same story that I advised and that he would need two more weeks to obtain the funds for repayment. (Mind you, Kutay hasn't responded to any of our text messages). Absolutely unacceptable I tell Aaron. I hold him to his previous offer of paying us back on behalf of Kutay and he proceeds to tell me that the transaction was between Kutay and ourselves and that he merely just introduced us and has nothing to do with the transaction. He states that he was just trying to help us because he's a "kind person". I don't doubt that but that still leaves us with no deposit refund. I would have never found Kutay if Aaron's company, Lux Limo didn't advertise that they do boat charters on their Yelp site. On the other hand, we also rented a mini bus through Aaron for transportation to our reception site and back and that was absolutely excellent. But after the morning fiasco we had, we were just happy that our bus showed up.

Unfortunately they didn't have the same vehicle or similar so we got a downgrade. However the real issue comes after. I accidentally left the key to our hotel (real key) and when I called back the very next day they said there was nothing they could do because the car was already being serviced. I asked if they could call the mechanic to ask and they said "that's not how it works" I was frustrated as a simple call didn't seem like too much to ask. They said if they happen to call and let us know they found a key we can call. So this rental company has no way to get unit contact with the place that has their vehicle? No way. Upon retuning the vehicle, I had to wait and during this time I heard the manger interact with an employee and a customer and his attitude and condescending tone was absolutely unnecessary. When the employee asked something he responded with "don't worry about that. Just go get the vehicle like I asked" the manager/owner also was belittling towards another customer who was not understanding what he was trying to explain. That's just no way to speak to anyone let alone a customer paying you money! I made it known he should work on his customer service but please, give your money elsewhere.
