I don't need to hear an excuse to own it and apologize. I told her, " look I'm also a business owner. It only takes a few minutes to update your address with Google Apple Maps and yelp.!" and that was like a few weeks ago, this address is still up and not updated!

The staff here was greatly helpful and patient in making sure we purchased items with educated desicions. It wasn't just a sale. They did video calls with me discussing options that would best suit helping my mobility crisis. The staff's genuine care I am forever grateful for in starting my journey in understanding and dealing with my disability issues as easily as possible. Enhancing items that promote wellness and more opportunities to adjust to my situation. Many medical supplies on stock and new items coming in often. Even more impressive, by the time he was discharged and made the 10-minute drive home, his prescription was already filled and ready for pickup. The level of efficiency was incredible. What really touched me was that the prescription label was printed in my dad's native Korean. That small detail speaks volumes about the care and respect they show their patients. My parents tell me this isn't a one-time experience--they receive this same exceptional service every time. There is no signage for this - so we went into south coast pharmacy confused asking where to go. I'm using a walker/wheelchair and have a caregiver with me. I ask how to get upstairs and they make me, an obviously disabled person, go all the way around the building when (once going into their store) it's super obvious you walk through their store. My husband suffered a spinal cord injury in 2021 and I have worked with them on a couple of projects and have been surprised by the compassion and respect they have all demonstrated during these difficult years. We had a VPL and a Flexstep installed for my husband throughout the years, and through it all, the team at 101 Mobility has been amazing. They have all been so patient with so many issues we have had with private contractors and have waited patiently for us to make room for the lifts and installation. Gus and Sergio (installers) are top notch!! Truly professional. Doah and Teresa have been wonderful at communicating with me and the patience they have shown me is unbelievable for a company. When someone gets so seriously injured and their mobility is so drastically affected there is so much desperation.
