I went to the San Juan Capistrano store and worked with Amy. This place is great for people requiring either Oxygen supplies or CPAP supplies. Amy was very knowledgeable about all of their products and worked with me in my purchase of a portable oxygen compression machine. During my visit we discussed my oxygen needs as well as the current equipment I have, what I was there to purchase and my future needs for traveling. I had done research before going and O2 Relief carries all of the top equipment. You get to see and try the equipment. I suffer from seasonal, cluster headaches, otherwise known as "suicide headaches", which hit me when the time changes each year (spring and fall). They are debilitating and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I have always heard that oxygen helps with aborting the headaches when used appropriately, but getting a prescription was difficult. After finally getting a prescription, I had no idea how to get the oxygen, what size tank i needed, etc. LUCKY FOR ME, I was fortunate enough to find Walter and O2 Relief online. My mom was set to fly with a portable oxygen device we purchased (from another place). The device stopped working the day before her flight. This place is awesome! If you are on oxygen and you want your independence as well, then this place is for you! You can rent or buy oxygen equipment! My wife is on oxygen and she wanted to get off of portable tanks and to be able to travel without worrying about running out of air! So we checked out the Inogen portable unit with the longest battery life and she loved it and was so happy that we bought it! Now we can travel! The place is small but intimate! I was so overwhelmed when my Dad's doctor prescribed oxygen to my Dad. I had no idea what any of it meant and it seemed like there were so many options that I didn't even know where to start. I called the number his doctor gave me and they never called back, I called a portable oxygen company that I saw in a commercial, they were morons, and then I found 02 Relief online and Bonnie answered. THANK GOD! She is sooooo beyond great. Not only did she literally explain every single detail about what would benefit my Dad (her product knowledge is superb, btw) she was super sweet and caring, and really took a ton of time with me over the phone and when we came in. We bought a portable oxygen concentrator that my Dad can take with him everywhere. He doesn't have to worry about anything other than changing a filter and charging it over night. SO EASY! I highly recommend O2 Relief. I knew nothing about portable oxygen and Leo engaged in an online chat with me and answered all of my questions including insurance-related ones. He was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. Today I brought my 91 year old mother in to look at a portable unit. She was unable to afford the unit but miraculously Leo had a refurbished machine that he offered to my mother at no cost!
