Around July 1st , I was given a very reasonable price on a long driveway/entryway. Seven days later I could not be happier. The cost was very reasonable, the workers were quick and, other than the expected hammering, they were out of our way and unintrusive. It took 3 days start to finish and we had alot of repair work needed too. We learned of some minimal property damage after we paid the full invoice. Mike came out to take a look and paid for it to be replaced! Alyssa in the office was also awesome! She was so friendly, responsive, and kept up with everything. I made a change to my request after deposit and I was so worried that the change would result in a mistake, but no mistakes - just a great roof! I have already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you Mike, Alyssa and Keeler! Heather O.

I had my roof replaced by Retex two weeks ago. Reroofing is a big deal, so I did a little research…read moreand wanted to get someone with good reviews. Some of the good companies I found do not cover Gainesville area. Then one my of neighbors recommended Retex. She had the roof done in August and Retex was the cheapest quote. So I called Retex, and the phone was answered right away (not like some other places I called). Wes met with me over zoom and went over the whole re-roofing process with a powerpoint presentation (what would be replaced and what might be extra). The quoted price wasn't the cheapest, but I liked how Wes went through the whole procedure, so I decided to go with Retex. The job was done promptly, the crew was courteous. Wes was very communicative during the whole process. What I liked the most is that whatever concern I had, Wes would address them until I am satisfied. Looking back, it would be an even better experience if I told them my expectations in detail before the job was done. There isn't much rain yet, but I believe the roof will hold up in heavy rains. Even if there is a problem, I am confident that Retex will come back and address it. I would definitely recommend Retex to friends.
