I received estimates from four different companies and I chose Shannon Vaden. Some of the moisture damage was worse than initially thought. Shannon and his crew repaired all the items on the WDO, in addition, damage done to a load bearing wall from water leaking by a improperly sealed window frame. The repair required work on inner and external sides of the wall. Not only is Shannon very affable but honest with a strong work ethic. Not to mention he was very reasonable in his pricing.
