My experience with them was interesting, as I didn't know that they also work with the Florida Dept. of Transportation (FDOT) in keeping our roadways, like I-95, free from debris along the shoulders. When I recently emailed FDOT, I mentioned that the corridor between Hillsboro Blvd. and Palmetto Park Rd., on I-95 was full of tires, trash, accident debris, etc. and asked if it could be cleaned up, as it's an eyesore and dangerous. I also had pictures sent, that my wife had taken, while I was driving. Upon receiving my email, a very nice lady, Jazmin Wilson, with Oasis, called me and she provided very encouraging information. Oasis would be cleaning in that area and she would let me know when it would happen. Within a few days, she called and said the work was completed and she sent me photos of the before and after cleanup. We have been out and about and Oasis did a fine job. Thanks to Oasis and Jazmin was a huge part of a super outcome. Customer service, in many businesses is sorely lacking, but I can tell everyone that Jazmin was amazing. She gets get 5+ stars from me and is a credit to her profession. Thank you, Jazmin.! Thank you Oasis. From beginning to end, this project was completed in first class fashion. It went through the hood. of our jeep and took out part of the engine. It then hit our windshield and bounced off. If it would have been one inch higher, we would have been killed. We filed a police report and the supervisor assured us that this will be taken care of. Well it is 6 months later and our insurance company said that they are denying the claim. We even tried to flag their employees down off the mowers, and they flipped us off as they drove past. They could see that our car was in distress, and they claimed they never saw us! We will be taking this further. I can't believe how dishonest this company is. They have not claimed any responsibility for this accident. I received a response that said this was not plausible. Here is my response to that: As a response to the owner below: 1) the crew was mowing, not picking up debris. 2) I saw the piece of asphalt come out from the back of the mower, bounce off the right lane, and then hit my hood. 3) your mower had just come around a sign and was heading down an embankment so that the back of the mower was lifted when the chunk was shot into the road. 4) your workers denied even seeing us on the side of the road despite the fact that we have video of them driving right by us. 5) I know that the driver had to hear that large of a piece being hit, therefore, he is lying. 6) your supervisor and the Road Ranger told us that this occurs a couple times a year. 7) we have a police report. I think this is all I need to say.

According to your OWN reply, we were to hear something within 24-48 hours. Huh! Never heard a word. It is too bad too. My father has been getting older and we wanted to request an estimate from a reputable company to take over several properties that my father has been doing lawn care for, for years. He was proud that he could spend his entire Monday through Friday going to his numerous properties and doing all of the mowing, pruning, weeding, trimming, tree and shrub care. He is 83 yo and after he fainted, we thought that maybe we could find a reputable lawn care business to take over all of our properties. We wanted to give the jobs to someone who was professional, green, responsible and willing to give an estimate and take time to come meet the owner and tell us, through him, what you could do for our properties. Too bad we never heard from you. Just a suggestion, follow up WITH every request, the one you ignore may just change your life and the lives of your board (employees) , because we could have made you an exclusive client with enough lawn care, compensation, equipment that you could potentially have had only one exclusive client to keep you busy for years and years to come. When I was laying the sod the next day, I…read morediscovered some of the pieces falling apart to the point that I called Colby, the owner about it and he explained that due to the root system of bahia, some of this is expected and he offered to pick up or exchange the sod if I was unhappy, or come out to show me how to work the rest of the pallet. He came out and helped me make it work and even finished the last part of the pallet when I had to quit due to health issues. I would order from him again no question as he is a guy that stands behind his product, and goes the extra mile, something that is becoming harder to find nowadays. Jay A.
