They showed up promptly as scheduled, the work was done safely, efficiently and completely. I like that it's a family owned business and it was Carlos's daughter who gave the estimate and answered my phone call. The only negative is that they left deep divots in the lawn where logs hit the ground, or equipment dug in. It will make mowing a challenge unless I get out with a shovel and rake (and I'm an 80 year old woman!). But I am willing to use them again because their prices are the best, and they're very nice to deal with.

I'm torn on if I would recommend Carlos to anyone. He took down some really big trees for us, gave…read moreus a good price, got it all done just as he said in one day, and just ruined the ground throughout my yard. Ultimately, I'd say go with him if you need trees taken down but don't really care if your yard is wrecked. Some details: The trees he took down were huge and one was right on the house. He did a great job taking them down but his guys just dropped the logs on the ground as the cut them off, leaving huge dents in my yard and breaking my irrigation system. To that effect he insisted on coming by to fix the pipe he knew he broke on his own. We were not keen on letting him play handy man with our irrigation system and called a professional to come out. Turns out there were multiple cracks in the line and the cost to fix was double what Carlos had offered us. I feel he may have known this would happen because he came to our house and demanded we pay him before we had time to get the irrigation lines assessed. As for the rest of the yard, between him and the contractor he hired to grind our stumps the lawn was covered in deep tire groves that we had to fill in with dirt and plant new grass seed in. This took us hours because we did it ourselves. To top it off, the stump grinder left huge mounds of shavings that we had to move. Our yard went from a flat level place to a motocross track with all the hills and valleys! Had we not spent hours filling and flattening there would have been no way to run a lawnmower over the grass when if finally grew back. All of this extra work was in place to save about $1500 from the next best quote.

This review is about the lack of Professionalism and disregard for my personal property. After…read moreagreeing to allow Evergreen to Service my Property I had to make several attempts to try and find out exactly when to expect their team out to Service the Property. This was after several attempts to speak with someone in the Office. The Morning I was able to speak with the Foreman the team was Showing up to Service my Home. After damaging an extension cord and bring it to my attention I directed the foreman on the job not to worry about it. A few days later on Sunday Afternoon, I went out to enjoy my Patio and use the Patios Deep Fryer, Large Screen TV, lights and Cable. Nothing Worked. Upon researching, I discovered a second extension cord severed and clearly visible damage. Upon taking pictures, repairing the secondary extension cord, I wrote an email to EverGreen regarding my discovery and damage. Please note, while the team Serviced my Property I purchased Lunch for the team and gave everyone refreshments while they worked. The Office advised me that the damage issue was something I would need to speak with the Foreman about. Upon his return to my home. He dismissed my concern, question me not calling him directly and completely did not appreciate my business. When I realized that I was under appreciated I immediately discontinued doing business with Unprofessional, unappreciative Businesses. I would not recommend EverGreen to anyone for Services at all.
