Eastern is our GO TO for critter control and moisture abatement inside, outside, and under our home. One yearly call eliminates ALL of our issues...and helps me stay married!!!! When we sold our first home, they did a moisture and termite inspection with detailed report and price to mitigate findings $1,000's below the buyer's company's quote. We now live near water so pests, mosquitos, rodents, and mildew are seen so annual treatments and inspections are needed. [Don't freak out if you see (dead/slowly moving) bugs show up after they spray; that means treatment is working! ] They guarantee their work and everything they use is pet safe. They care about me and my family...Brandon is always careful not to track debris from outside when working inside, makes sure gates are closed so my dog doesn't get out, sprays water lines and spots I recommend, swaps out bait boxes, and calls me to check on their work. This has forged trust in them to do work even when I'm not home. Don't wait. Call EasternPS today!

In a time where the art of customer service has been lost they shine bright. There hasn't been a single question or request that hasn't been address in a timely manner. From the second you call to the punctual arrival of tech, you are treated with a high level of customer service and care.

NEWS FLASH: Yelling and screaming at your (former) customer is NEVER OK!!…read more We hired Global Green to spray our home against ants, silverfish and centipedes. Every time Karieem was in our home, he was the very model of courtesy and professionalism. We were told that the product was safe to pets and animals, and there was a three-month guarantee against re-infestation. A week or so later, we noticed that the bugs were still in our home. My wife called back to let him know. He came and sprayed again. A few weeks later, same problem - ants and silverfish. He came and sprayed yet again, telling us that our problem was due to pet food being present in the kitchen. Yesterday, we found our bathroom infested with ants. So . . . we called yet again. At first Karieem was very cordial and seemingly sympathetic, as we had known him to be thus far. He even offered a full refund (we did not ask for a refund! We just wanted the bugs gone!). In the next sentence, he said we would be getting only a half-price refund, since he had "bent the rules and came out several times". After a pause, his whole demeanor changed he yelled, "You know what? You're not getting a refund, and I can't believe you asked me!" He then went on a 15 minute rambling, screaming fit, accusing us of trying to take advantage him, and calling us "classless", "pitiful" (I have a digital recording of the last three minutes of the "conversation" to verify this.) Whatever product was used for insect control; at our house did not work for 3 weeks, let alone 3 months, and Mr. Koon was vehemently opposed to hearing about its poor quality. Guarantee be damned! If a product doesn't work, it doesn't work. It shouldn't be a personal matter, as he made it to be. When a business owner decides not to issue a refund to a customer, or decides to not continue doing business with a particular customer for whatever reason, there are more professional ways to go about severing a business relationship than screaming, ranting, and insulting. The incongruent and aggressive actions of Karieem, to me, indicate that he is a potential danger to his customers.

One day a door tag by Healthy Homes was left on my door and so I gave them a ring. I received instant communication and scheduling. AJ the owner came out and provided me a free estimate but also educated me a lot about my home, the creatures impacting my home and just so much more information than I have ever received. He noticed I had season carpenter bees and woodpecker issues which I suspected but was never confirmed by my 4 years of service with the other company. He was also very loving to my 13 yo dog and she warmed up to him fairly quick. The quote he provided me in comparison to the big name company saved me $600/year. This new quote included my detached garage which was never covered. I basically learned I was over paying for under quality service and products. We immediately book the initial service! During the initial service, I received above and beyond what I had even received with the other company's initial visit. I wanted to cry of joy because my fear of bugs is unreal. He just made me feel reassured that I was in good hands. I can not praise small businesses enough. AJ really puts his heart and soul into his small business and that in itself should lead him to having life long customers. Highly recommend!!!!

He is terrific and, while he could have easily convinced me to spend money to trap the critter, he did not, and explained what was going on and why trapping probably would be a waste of time. There were 2 rooms which he was not able to reach the baseboards so I was understandable towards that, the rest of the house had open availability for baseboards spraying. The technician walked into the house for about 5 to 10 minutes and walked into each room and sprayed a little bit in the center of the room. I had moved furniture to the center of each room so that he could spray the baseboards, when I asked him if he needed me to move anything so he could reach the baseboards he said no and sprayed each room in the center. I then reached out to the company to ask if this was normal which they said no and they would talk to the technician. They then came back after putting me on hold, and said he said my house was a mess and it was impossible to spray which is not true. So now we have to walk-through a house where the center of each floor has bug spray on it. If he wasn't going to do the job right he should not have done it at all. I will be seeking a new pest company in the future.
