I contacted this business in December 2023 due to wildlife activity in my home. They did not do a…read morethorough inspection and charged me $500 stating they would remove all wildlife. They didn't go in our basement or attic because they didn't want to be cornered by any wildlife according to them. They put a single trap on top of our home for two weeks and we did not hear from them again. The wildlife got worse and I called Billy multiple times, finally someone came out and informed us we had rats as well. Which I thought were squirrels but because I'm not a trained wildlife expert I had no idea what all was in my house. Update 3/11/24: After posting this review and talking the issues through with the business owner he has been very responsive and helpful. He's sent workers to trap squirrels every day last week, trapped several, and they are going to close up the holes without charging us more. We are very happy to have this issue dealt with and are adjusting our rating to show our appreciation.

Jay is kind and very very helpful in meeting the needs of a customer. He's the kind you want working for you! I needed attention immediately for some pesty holes and digging in the ground and scraping I heard. "Said" showed up right on time and above the call of needs for us. Showed me where little pests are digging and making noise and covered the holes, cleaned and refilled bait boxes, sprayed our areas in garage and rooms. Changed the trap paper in garage and furnace room attached to garage. Kindly removed the one off my sneaker when I stepped on it. Strong Sticky paper that would hold mice he says. Highly recommend Said for his demeanor and attention to detail. He patched an outside vent with copper type Brillo wire to prevent anything from getting in and showed me the steel grate that one of the pipes comes with to prevent anything from crawling back in the house. Brillo should keep them out. We will look for a steel grate. Double checked the downstairs and all clear nothing got in thru the pipes as he suggested might. He puts the bait in the boxes that has grain and cheese mixture and always puts those fresh food type big pellets in the box to see if they are eating it. Apparently it kills them after 45 mins. Haven't seen anything inside - outside except foxes!!! "Said" is a hard worker. He is a honest good man and smart. His expertise is spot on for what the customer needs and wants for protection from any pests, bugs or problems. Thank you again Jay and Said.
