Currently my 4 upcoming appointments, 3 being for my ruptured L5-S1 disc rupture. 1 being a new pcp consult I've been waiting 3 months for have now all been canceled and referrals pulled because this "man" is incapable of showing compassion and care for his patients and instead would rather retaliate in disgusting spite once a patient advocates for themselves. I had a referral to neurosurgery less than a month ago. Now every single referral for my SPINE has been canceled. Horrible human and PA-C in my experience. No one deserves to be treated with minimal care, and then abandoned once a complaint has been made.

My regular PCP moved to the ER and I was assigned a new PCP through Multicare. However, when I needed to be seen for a physical, I was told that I would have to wait 6 weeks for the first appointment just to meet my newly assigned PCP to establish care... and of course, a copay was expected for that visit. Dr Rietze accepts text messages and phone calls and responds within a day, offering a visit within the next few days, if necessary, but never more than a couple weeks out if non-urgent. She takes her time with me and truly cares about my health... and I'm saving so much money, even on top of insurance premiums! I highly recommend Lilac DPC - this alternative has restored my faith in healthcare.
