My first and only appointment with Ms Hall was for an annual exam. She did absolutely nothing…read moreduring the exam. Did not listen to my breathing/lungs or heart. I had to ask for the basic blood test. She did not order a mammogram, colon or bone density test. I complained of my ear plugging and she did not even look at it. I had injured my arm and found out later that she made no notes of it and wanted me to come back in merely to order an x-ray for it. It would be impossible to see what was wrong with a probable Deltoid muscle tear without an x-ray or MRI so why she refused to order one, I do not know. I guess just to get money for another useless visit. I told Whitney that I was depressed after losing my grown daughter w/young children to cancer. She immediately turned the conversation to all about her own problems without addressing any possibilities that might help me to better cope. After telling the staff manager, Margaret, that I had been told via text I would be switched to an actual doctor after reporting the poor service from Whitney, she said that they do not text and it must've been a robo response. I then sent proof with copies of the actual text messaging that I had an ongoing conversation with someone that was going to assign me to an actual doctor, which never happened. Margaret never acknowledged, apologized or helped in any way. Northwest Family Medicine is a terrible place and I would advise any and all to stay clear! Even the offices did not feel that crispy clean like one would expect from a good medical facility.

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would! Absolute worst healthcare provider we have *ever*…read morehad. Multiple days go by without returning calls (even when marked "urgent*), promises to call back with test results completely blown off, goes out of town but doesn't bother to change her voicemail message so you have any idea when she might call back. Getting a simple prescription refill takes over a week, and frequently more than two. The capper, though, was her having told us she would come to our house yesterday to draw our blood for a status review, (an appointment we made 3 months in advance), and although she managed to send us a reminder of this appointment, THEN SHE FAILED TO SHOW UP ALTOGETHER. No call in advance to alert us of the change, no replies to multiple efforts on our part to make contact (both by text and messages left on her office phone), then finally called back this afternoon, claiming she had only received a single message from us (this morning) and claimed she had no idea why we had called! No apology was offered, no reason was given for why she was a no-show, and instead her response was simply to say "I think we need to part ways", and then she hung up on us. This person should have her medical license stripped permanently. She's not only a very poor practitioner, she's also an outright liar and she certainly should NOT be trusted with your LIFE!
