I had a questionable result on a thermogram, and wanted to make sure there would be no health implications in the future, by following advice from an accredited practitioner. Dr. Monica ran genomics, nutraceutical, and other diagnostic tests that would help my individual health needs. Unlike mainstream medicine, she focuses on the reason or cause, and does not dole out medications: that syncs with my personal health philosophy. She was very good at explaining the results, and setting up a treatment plan. It was all very interesting to me to approach health from this angle, to be able to prevent future illnesses, and work with current issues, while understanding some of my genetic dispositions to health issues, while learning how adopting certain lifestyles, and giving my body the nutraceutical components, can stop negative health happenings for me in the future. I'd much rather prevent than to have to treat an illness. I have sought her out for ongoing issues, and am happy with her care. I would recommend her to anyone who believes in this healthcare philosophy.

We feel so blessed to be able to have Dr. Monica as our pediatrician because she is board certified in pediatrics but also certified in Homeopathy and Integrative medicine. We have always leaned towards Chinese medicine and Naturopathy to take care of our health, but we also respect Western medicine as there are some conditions that really could be helped with that approach, so Dr. Monica is the perfect balance of Holistic and Traditional medicine that we were looking for. Thank you Dr. Monica!

After my third son was born and we had our first appointment at the Kids Clinic after coming home from the hospital, we were immediately referred to the NICU due to an issue that was missed at the hospital. Dr. Lee cares, and this is apparent by the way the clinic interacts with patients and parents. I honestly feel like we hit the jackpot when we were told about the Kids clinic by my obgyn. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

SHAME ON YOU Kids Clinic. My daughter just had her baby 3 days ago. A c-section. We were on our…read moreway home from her hospital stay and she needed to call and schedule her daughters first 48 hour visit. When she called, the person on the phone told her that she had to review the list of CDC recommended vaccines that they "required" a baby to have and if there were any on the list that she would not be a good candidate for their care. WHAT???? Isn't the baby's best interests the most important. Not the CDC recommendations? My daughter was in tears and I am very upset at the way she was treated. Having just gone through major surgery, overwhelmed with a new baby being a first time mom and this is how she was treated. No care or concern.. I would never let a doctor or nurse at this clinic near my grandchild. You can't force a parent to vaccinate their child with these unwarranted pharmaceuticals. BEWARE Do not take your children here! THEY HAVE AN AGENDA! And it is not for your child's best interest.

Dr. Kathy Moudy…read more She is our son's doctor - she was also my husband's pediatrician for his whole childhood - and his siblings. The concept of family is so important - I haven't gotten to have that in my life - (I bounced around doctors like crazy) so I really appreciate the trust that comes with time and age and experience. Our son has Erb's Palsy - an injury that affects the Brachial Plexus part of his shoulder and it was because he was stretched at birth and it affected him single handedly from the day he was born. She recommended occupational and physical therapists and is still forward facing even after his 5 years of life. Now he is starting Kindergarten and his shoulder is very useful and is affecting him only mildly when we were scared he was going to have very limited use. We are so grateful for her connections and resources. She let's us ask the questions that make us feel dumb as first time parents and trust me, none of us REALLY know what we are doing. Then there are the wellness visits, and any of us Yelper's with kids know anything - toddlers are crazy unpredictable sometimes and when you go to the doctor's once per year your child is completely different year to year. This year - about a week ago we had our wellness visit and he needed to finish up his school immunizations, discuss everything we had questions about and she did it with grace - all while giving his little Winnie the Pooh Bear the exact same exam to make him feel better. It was glorious - calm and peaceful office, great insurance cooperations and so forth. We are blessed.

I've been taking my son here for several years and I'm to the point where I must switch offices…read more These people are awful. In my son's chart, very clearly and I've double checked before and I know it's true, is a note to send the notes from the doctor after the visit to my email. I always have to call and tell them to do it, but the ladies at the front desk, especially one in particular, see it on the account for my son and know that I get emailed those notes and it's been this way for the last few visits. The last time I called, I got an insanely rude lady named Becca in the office. She tried to cut me off and tell me that I needed medical records, and I told her no I don't ever have to speak to medical records and to just look in the account and you'll see the notes and what I'm talking about. So instead, she just cut me off and put me on hold. Then the supervisor for the office got on and she was equally as rude and did not listen at all and clearly had zero interest in helping and didn't understand what I was telling her, trying to defend the rude behavior of the first girl like a high school bestie, and was still not even listening to what I was telling her I needed. She basically sounded like an eight-year-old who's just back talking for the sake of it. Then she said that she would have to have me wait an entire week just for the office manager to be back in because she couldn't figure out what I even needed. I told her I don't need to speak to the manager. I just need them to ask the other woman at the front desk to look in my son's notes and see what I'm talking about because she always knows every time what I mean when I've requested this. I'm over three hours away so I can't go physically into the office to try to tell them anything. So now I have to wait an entire week to complain about both of those ladies to the manager and probably still not have what I need done. This place is a complete joke, and the women are rude except for one of them who is tolerable.
