My regular PCP moved to the ER and I was assigned a new PCP through Multicare. However, when I needed to be seen for a physical, I was told that I would have to wait 6 weeks for the first appointment just to meet my newly assigned PCP to establish care... and of course, a copay was expected for that visit. Dr Rietze accepts text messages and phone calls and responds within a day, offering a visit within the next few days, if necessary, but never more than a couple weeks out if non-urgent. She takes her time with me and truly cares about my health... and I'm saving so much money, even on top of insurance premiums! I highly recommend Lilac DPC - this alternative has restored my faith in healthcare.

Dr. Turner, handled workers compensation injury claims. I can testify in the presents of Jesus Christ and all who know me, this women is evil. Six months into my first injury her and her office staff and the employers claims management service providers, literally crippled me so bad in six months time frame that I qualified for full disability by June of 2018. If anyone wants a copy of her and this employers crimes committed against me, please find a way to reach out to me. After her and the chiropractor Dr. Stanford were done with me I could barely walk by the end of August. It turned out that they were working solely in the best interests of the employer Rosauers Grocery to intentionally defraud and abuse me so bad that I could barely drive my car. Then after they had crippled me up so bad that I could not even safely drive a vehicle, not one doctor afterwards has been willing to even perform a physical assessment, talk to my wife and I about what's on the MRI's, or offer any kind of treatment to restore function or stability to my spine. I have four herniated vertebral discs in my spine and all of it originated from 2018. To get by with what they did they literally created falsified injury reports, copied and pasted information after the fact and then went about to cover up new injury and the worsening of my condition after each episode of worsening. Labor and Industries also knew this was going on the whole time and refused to step in to help me, long before my condition got as bad as it did. Store 103 also hijacked my claim multiple times as my condition worsened to change the narrative as I'm suffering new injury to my spine refusing me time off to heal, FMLA or even a floater to fill in for me as my condition was worsening. Dr. Turner and Dr. Stanford would sign false documents such as falsified injury reports, refuse to give me time off to heal until the damage was done, and then tell me that it was all age related and or a mere lumbar strain. This went on for months as these same doctors would report to the employer the diagnosis of Intervertebral Disc Disorder with Radiculopathy, while telling me that nothing was wrong but one lumbar strain. Rosauers, Dr. Turner, Dr. Stanford, Store managers Don Gant and Tom Daly and Intermountain Claims manager Philip Lavine should all be prosecuted and loose their license for what they did to me and my family. To this day I am still being denied medically necessary treatment to fix the damage caused and legal representation as L&I refuse to accept the evidence which proves what they did to me. I've been on disability and a special needs plan and still seeking medical treatment. One more thing, if you ever get hurt on the job be very careful in Spokane, Washington because the system is rigged and they will do most anything to keep from having to pay to make you better. Also, if at all possible stay as far away from Inland Imaging as you can get. They were very instrumental in covering up injuries and the worsening of my condition after. I hope that this new DOJ goes after people and insurance providers for Ruining my health through their fraudulent and abusive behaviors. Be ever so mindful that one of their tactics is to destroy your character by writing anything they need to, regardless of if its true to smear you. When its this bad attorneys in Spokane are not your friend, nor are they there to help you regardless of how bad your messed up.

She very knowledgeable, listens well, explains things well and truly seems to care about mu health. At 62 and with many health conditions, I don't see this "old-fashioned" trait in many of my doctors. She always keeps me up to date with vaccinations and preventative tests and she's great when it comes to answering my questions on the Providence Patient Portal. Plus, I've never gone without a Rx I needed as long as I took the initiative to notify her in advance. I wish all my MD's were like her. She's exceptional!
