No idea why he relocated, but since he moved, I've had nothing but problems. When I shop AutoZone, I buy parts and accessories in advance. Any DIY'er knows you grab what you might need and return what you don't. Common sense, right? Apparently not to Steven. Multiple times, I've tried to return perfectly fine items here--bought within DAYS or even HOURS--only to be hassled. Today I came in with the original bag, receipt, and unopened tools. Steven examined them like a detective, holding parts inches from his face looking for the slightest flaw. He does this Every. Single. Time. For context: I was returning a chrome socket and ratchet. Anyone who works on cars knows chrome sockets almost always have blemishes straight off the shelf due to shipping. Chrome scratches easily--it's unavoidable. Yet Steven claimed my tools were "used," even though they never left the bag from purchase less than 24 hours earlier. It's one thing if a tool looks dragged down a road, it's another to purposefully inconvenience a loyal customer over a $20 return. Newsflash Steven: saving AutoZone mere Pennie's to their billion dollar company isn't getting you that DM promotion. This isn't a one-off. I've learned to skip the argument and just drive to another AutoZone. There, I return the exact same unopened merchandise with zero hassle. Moreover, I've learned that If Steven isn't working, the other employees at this location process returns with no issue. So clearly this is about one man on a power trip. To demonstrate this room temperature IQ specimens laughable incompetence, let's perform an experiment. I took an additional two sockets off the shelf and placed them amongst the one I tried to return in the attached photos. Please, Steven, tell me which was the one I tried to return and which are the "new" ones I pulled off the shelf for comparison. If you have a functioning frontal cortex, you'll notice they're entirely indistinguishable. Congrats, Steven. In trying to block a $20 return, you lost a customer who's spent thousands here over the years and would have continued to do so. My experience since you arrived has been the equivalent of being raked over hot coals.

The entire side of my truck was damaged and needed to be replaced. They did a great job. Beautiful work. Very thorough. My husband used to work in a garage for his dad, knows a lot of people who work with cars, and his first comment was, "These people live for these cars. It's not just a job for them, it's a passion." And it is evident that the people who work at Pesicek's aren't really working. They are doing what they love. My real compliment, though, for Pesicek's is for what they do that is above and beyond. First, I am not a car person. My husband is, but they dealt with me mostly and didn't treat me like a lady who doesn't know anything. Second, I had some repairs done to my SUV at the dealership about a month before the deer ran into me. Some electrical work with the door and heated seat. It turned out that the dealership mechanics had put a couple of things back together incorrectly, a wire was being hit by the tire way underneath and was causing a short. Pesicek's noted it for me, but fixed it even though it wasn't their issue. Third, my SUV was spotless when I got it back from them. Inside and out, they cleaned it. Forthly, they gave me a flower when I picked it up, too. I'm a sucker for a pretty flower! Fifth, the itemized bill was extremely thorough yet super easy to understand. No hidden fees. All accounted for and priced right. And finally, I just received a letter from Pesicek's saying that it's been a year since I've had that work done and, although their work carries a comprehensive lifetime warranty, they wanted me to take a few minutes to check over my SUV and make sure everything is okay. If any problems had resurfaced, they wanted to make sure to get them taken care of for me right away. Who does that? And how awesome is that? Btw, I didn't find any problems...

The gentleman used his torch and heated the bumper so he could get the dent out. He even polished my bumper. Great customer service and great people. This shop was recommended by my insurance company so I brought my car here after a rear-end…read morecollision. It was returned "completed" with parts that didn't fit correctly and paint that didn't match. It was brought back three more times to be corrected. The trunk lid shifts when you close it. Nothing is flush. There's a gap between the bumper and the trunk that is visible with the lid open. The bumper doesn't line up with the body on the driver's side and the taillight on the passenger's side is not flush. To Bill's credit, he has tried very hard to make this right but at some point we have to accept that they simply do not have the ability to return my car to it's pre-accident condition. We will have to take my car elsewhere and pay out of pocket.
