She just had a great presence about her. As I was about to pay, a little pouch on my keychain came open, and two keepsake coins fell out of it. One was right at my feet, but the other one rolled under a display that is attached to the counter. I expressed how important and sentimental these are to my family and me. Crystal retrieved the coin. But it took her about ten minutes of working on her hands and knees to do so. And you know what? She was genuinely happy to do it. Where do you find employees of this caliber these days? Most folks are indifferent at best. It had been a very challenging day for me, and Crystal turned that around with her kindness and grace.
