They're not all on the same page. If you already have a warranty it's not worth going to them, I recommend taking the time and getting it done the right way

I was promised a call within 24 hours but instead received a call 3 days later. It was the owner that called. He blatantly stated that the phone could not be repaired and I needed to pick it up. Did not bother to explain what they tried or what else could have been done. Basically it was that I paid $50 and was told it could not be repaired. Maybe there is no way the phone could have been repaired but I expected better customer service and explanation from the owner. I will try a different place when I have a problem with my electronics in the future.
