The "whimsical" owner must be "whimsically" opting to not work at the moment and I have no way to cancel my order. All while holding $120.00 hostage for 5-9 days. Also, their toll-free number seems to be a shell as all options immediately lead to various voicemails that prompt you to leave a message. This was the case at various points in a business day. I once thought OTC had the best prices, but that's actually no longer true. So, I'd like to thank the ineptitude of this business as I've found much better prices elsewhere without the outdated Yahoo shopping cart.
