If I could give no stars I would. The people here are completely rude! Dropped my truck off to get…read morean alignment at 7:30am. Get a call at 3pm DEMANDING I come pick my truck up because they can't do the alignment. I ask the lady why can't they do the alignment, she proceeds to tell me that my truck will not go over 15mph and that I need new brakes... brakes???? For an alignment??? I proceed to tell her the check engine light might be on (reduce engine power) and that their is a code reader on the left side of the steering wheel that can be used to clear the code. She then told me in a very spiteful way that they were not touching the truck and all and that I need to come pick it up. Would not give these rude people any service. Brought my truck to Delta Tire, my alignment is perfect and they were super helpful. They also told me that their was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes!

Let me just state the facts and you can make your own call…read more My motorhome sagged in the front so I take it to Pennys because Im told they are one of the few that can get suspension parts for anything. On my first visit I ask if they can sell me stronger new front springs. The surly lady behind the counter just keeps telling me I should leave it so they can determine the problem. I call back to talk to Justin who said bring it in and we will look at what you need. When I get there Justin looks at my truck a minute and orders me springs. I pick them up at twice the price ($175) I found on EBAY (Moog part #CC880, $80 including shipping) new from the manufacture . I notice the springs are fully compressed upon installation so I drive it to Pennys to check that its not a danger. Justin sees 4 of my 8 coils touching and says " You wanted a better ride, you can put spacers in if you don't like the height". So I get some from him $45,, then I need clips to hold these spacers $25. They cant install them for a week so I go to my mechanic and ask him to install these parts. He said " No way man,,, these springs are inverting at the bottom and spacers aren't gonna fix it,,you got the wrong springs in there. I aint putting these on the road" On my way back, I even had people stop me to tell me my wheel looked like it was broken because it goes in the wheel well when I hit a bump. I return to Pennys to explain my concearn and Justin looks up a heavier spring to support the weight of my EMPTY vehicle. (Moog part #CC880S $5 more) I ask "are they the same price,I would like to exchange them) He said "almost, they are a little more" I said "I don't need these wrong or extra parts, cant we just exchange them?" He said ok, takes my box of parts and gives me my new springs. I left the store pissed! Here Im out $250, and labor to install the wrong parts. I didn't mind paying an extra $100 for the right part the first time but I was not happy about him trying to RIG it instead of admitting he ordered the wrong parts. I wanted to avoid a week waiting for EBAY, but it took a week, wasted money , aggravation , and insulting my intelligence to get the right parts from Pennys. Bottom line,,,,,I felt he was pissing on me and telling me its raining. I will avoid doing business there in the future, apparently you cant buy trust.
