I arrived at 7:30 a.m. (they open at 7:00) and was personally greeted by Mr. Duckworth, the proprietor. I received a text in less than 2 hours from Mr. Duckworth that the car was ready to pick up. The price for the oil change was very reasonable. Mr. Duckworth walked me out to the car. He also pointed out that an old tire on the vehicle had a slow leak. They put air in it for me and told me to keep an eye on it. I am going to buy a new tire from Jimmy Duckworth Tires. They are only one block from my office. I wished I had gone to them years ago. The salesman, Colin, was not interested in my request for a luxury SUV, and aggressively pushed the inventory on hand. He finally convinced me to test drive a luxury sedan, which did not provide enough space for my work needs. I firmly expressed my budget, size requirements, and desire for low mileage, but he was set on making a quick sale with high mileage, $10K under budget, and had no interest in helping me find a luxury SUV. The icing on the cake is that I am being billed for the purchase of the car that I test drove, and still waiting on Colin and/ or management to return my calls regarding this massive oversight. This false sale affected my credit when I went to a reputable dealer and made an actual purchase, and while I'm paying Enterprise's 9% loan with a subprime lender for my imaginary car, Audi on Causeway gave me 6% with my bank. This experience was terrible, and will remain so until somebody returns my calls and handles this.

The problem I have is they use the same truck that was sent. If a different truck wasn't sent to tow my delivery vehicle why was I charged a double from what I was quoted? My driver did say it was an Isuzu box truck 350 with cab over engine. Don't know how you can get that mixed up. Just think they're very dishonest.

I would stay away as this repair shop is a money grab. I spent nearly $8k in a matter of three…read moremonths at this shop with issues still persisting. Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. I would stay far away from them!!!!!
