I cannot say enough good things about DFW Classic! Dream Chasin', my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, gave them…read morea real challenge, and they didn't give up on her. They tracked down an electrical problem that turned out to be a loose wire in the wiring harness from a previous engine installation, got everything repaired, and made sure she was actually running right. What impressed me most was that they didn't just fix it and push it out the door. They kept her, drove her, put miles on her, and made sure I wasn't going to end up stranded somewhere after I left. That kind of care and responsibility means a LOT to me. They communicated with us, kept digging until they found the real problem, and treated my Jeep like it mattered. Dream Chasin' is more than just a vehicle to me, and I'm grateful I found people who understood that. If you need a shop that will actually troubleshoot the problem instead of just throwing parts at it, give DFW Classic a chance. Thank you for getting my girl back on the road!

Help you understand everything step by step. His team is courteous and respectful. I just love the atmosphere, I was stressing over my van getting an inspection, because of the different repairs needed. But the price was very costly. But with Street Free Auto Care they took good care of me.. But it was less than what I thought it would cerviceost me. TY

I have placed lots of orders with GPS and spent thousands of dollars and never had a problem, until…read morenow. There is an order that I placed that is sitting at the USPS hub in Indianapolis for a week. USPS said that I have to contact the shipper. When I called GPS the first time, they gave me a delivery date that didn't happen. I called them the second time and they told me that I was looking at the wrong order.THEY were looking at the wrong order! I called the third time and I got this guy with total attitude. Someone that has obviously had no customer service training and doesn't belong in a position to deal with the public. This clown had the nerve to tell me that it's my fault that I haven't gotten it. That I chose the cheapest shipping possible so I get what I deserve. He went on to say that they get numerous calls every single day about this. Why in the world would they even offer that mode of delivery if they know there are likely going to be problems. No warnings or disclaimers to not use it. And then they start chewing people like me out when I'm not happy and haven't gotten my stuff. They told me to wait another week and then file a report with them if I don't get it. That level of service is garbage. They didn't fix anything. He never even offered to. He also told me I was looking at the wrong order because he wouldn't shut up and listen to me, the customer. He was very combative, insulting, and then accused me of trying to talk over him when he wouldn't shut up and listen to what I'm saying. I've probably spent $4000 with these guys in eight months. I planned on spending another 4K. I happen to be in sales also and I wouldn't survive a day treating people like they treated me over the last few days. Businesses live and die on repeat business and these guys have a 3.1 score. Obviously lots of room for improvement. The level of arrogance and finger pointing I received would make you think these guys build rockets. For crying out loud, it's Mini bikeparts! Have some self-awareness. Take a deep breath and handle your customers like customers. Not like people that are beneath you. There are too many other options out there to put myself through this again. I ordered things two weeks in advance of a trip, the parts haven't shown up and I have to buy them somewhere else and then arm wrestle these guys to get my money back. I will pay more for my to avoid dealing with people like this ever again. I guess if you're not cars and cameras, you're expected to shut up and take your beating like a good customer. Not everyone is cut out for sales. Clearly not the person I dealt with on 8-25-26.
