We needed an extra key fob for my son's car and decided to visit this location. The young man that…read morehelped us was very friendly and rang us up and we paid cash. After checking his stock, they didn't have the fob in stock at the location, but he could have it at the store later that afternoon. We were fine with that and decided it would work out better if I took the car the next morning to get the fob. I go in Saturday morning and a different man was able to get the fob cut and programmed and sent me on my way. Very nice and easy. Now here we go. I'm back at home prepping some food for the day and I get a phone call from Batteries +.... That's odd. I answer and it is the man that cut and programmed the fob for me this morning. He proceeds to tell me that he forgot to collect payment for the fob.... I informed him that we paid yesterday with cash. He says he doesn't show that we paid, but I'm telling him we did. He hangs up. Shortly after, I get another call from Batteries + and it's the man again and he says that they have no record of me paying and the manager checked the video and there wasn't anything on the video showing me paying. He says I need to go back and pay and if I don't, they will prosecute me for theft! Theft!! (How do you steal something that they gave me and I paid for?) I told him that they better check the video again. Now I'm searching the house for the shirts I wore the day before to see if I left the receipt in the pocket. My wife already had the shirts in the washing machine. We proceed to stop the machine and start digging trying to find the shorts I wore to see if there is some part of the receipt.... I'm steaming at this point. Angry at being accused of theft and trying to dig through wet clothes for a dumb receipt. Now we get another call from Batteries + and it's the same man. He was very remorseful and apologized saying that his manager looked at the video again and saw me paying for the fob. He initially was looking at the wrong register!! So now they have to retract the accusations placed against me. Of course, the manager was spineless and had his associate do the calling and apologizing instead of calling me himself. Not much of a leader. There were other ways they could have been checking if I paid or not before quickly calling and threatening. I guess the register had an extra $146 from the day before that they had no clue came from. I guess you can assume that I'll never go back there.

I had been doing Honey - Do's all morning and was just about done and began my last challenge. I…read moreneeded to replace my right rear blinker and the third overheard rear backup light. Previously we had a purchased some replacement bulbs but obviously not the right ones. I went to the O'Reilly Auto Parts location at 617 N Robinson Dr (Store 2457) Robinson, TX 76706 (254) 662-0503 and the Associate behind the counter was a young lady named Katie, according to the name stitched on her shirt. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but asked her to help me getting the right bulbs for my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. She looked the products up and checked the numbers according to manual reference numbers and then proceeded to complete my purchase. I said thank you so much and then jokingly asked if she of one of the gentlemen working with her could insert them properly for me. To my surprise she pulled out a cart with tools and rolled them out the door behind my truck. She made quick work of the replacement of the good bulbs for the bad ones, and I was on my way home. She asked if there was anything else she could do for me, to which I replied, "Young lady you have done more than expected, so have a Blessed Day!" Before leaving I thanked her once again for helping me with this. It wasn't that I could not have done it myself, it is just that I had already tried with the bulbs we had previously obtained elsewhere and my getting up and the ability to get up and down from the back end of my truck wasn't as easy as it once was for me now being a senior citizen with Full Knee Replacements hampering my mobility. All I can say is O'Reilly has a Great Associate working for them in Robinson, Texas. I'm sure they do elsewhere also, but today Katie was an absolute angel sent from above to help this old man get back on the road! My receipt said her name was Catalina, but I just want O'Reilly Auto Parts to know who waited on me and I hope her manager, or the store owners or management take notice of her "Excellence, providing above and beyond expected customer service. That is the kind of thing which "Shall" bring me back to them time and time again. Good job O'Reilly and Katie...

On the contrary, I don't think I should've paid a dime considering they did more harm than good. Worst customer service experience ever. You've been warned. Edit: prior to making this review, in fact I did message customer service via email and was given the brush off. So the response is completely negligible or only for others who are reading this.

The store returned it to me shattered, completely unusable, and literally in TWO PIECES. All of this extra damage happened while the phone was in their possession, yet they refuse to take responsibility. They gave us the option of having the old parts put back on the phone -- which we agreed to -- but then they stalled for HOURS and never actually put the parts back on. After repeated excuses and missed timelines, we finally requested our phone back. Instead of being upfront, they handed it to us destroyed and acted like that was acceptable. It was obvious they broke the device during the repair attempt and then tried to cover it up by dragging out the process. And to make things worse, they tried to blame Asurion, even though Asurion had nothing to do with the additional damage they caused. I'm now left with a phone their team destroyed and a store that refuses to fix or replace it. This was the most dishonest and irresponsible service I've ever experienced. Do NOT bring your phone here unless you're prepared to get it back in pieces. Additionally: I know they will respond on here trying to resolve the issue for (others to see) but I have emails from their case manager, Jennifer refusing to take any accountability. I will NOT take my phone back and I will NOT refer this place to anyone.
