    EMERGENCY stop at the O'reilly Auto Parts. Discover that this is more of a Call Center. I pull up to O'reilly and my car completely shuts off ..( I'm obviously looking to buy a new battery since my car is parked out front with a dead battery. ) I get in line and once its my turn I am helped by a woman named Roberta D. she was At First* kind she made a trip out to my car to check under the hood to determine what battery type I needed (since there was supposedly 4 different kinds for my make and model) . She did help carry it out for me. I asked if there was any way I could get help with installing it, she responded that they generally would but they're under staffed in addition to that she also mentioned that my battery was surrounded by an encasement which required special tools. Then, I called my mother (she drove across town) who goes in the store and asked by the store manager if she needed help finding something. She tells them "no I am here because my daughter told me you couldn't help her install the battery she bought from you" the manger said 'oh' then the lady mentioned above tell him she had told her they couldn't due to short staff. All this while she is assuring a man she will assist him replace his window wipers (she does, while my mother replaces my battery) the manager walks away from my mother. She tells them 'oh she'll Yelp about this' and walks out, replaces my battery and asks me to watch her. She did this for the first time and fast. For those of you hoping the manager is going to do something. Please note this lack of customer services is modeled by him and it comes from the top down.

    Horrible customer service, never answer their phones, don't bother trying curbside pickup and they don't enforce mask mandate

    18 months! That was how long it took to recover my Nissan Leaf from the shop. They were supposed…read moreto replace the main battery to extend its chargeable range, a 1-week project. After 3 months the EV was returned but had a range less than half of what was promised. In less than 2 months the motor died on the freeway and the car had to be towed back to the shop. After many more months of excuses and promises that I would be "next in line" I sued the shop. The court ordered the return of my car which had been towed to an undisclosed location. I was also awarded a full refund and additional monetary loss-of-use damages. But before I could recover my car, Adam disabled the car and reprogrammed its computer. I don't know what is worse, the incompetence, dishonesty, or maliciousness.

This shop has great customer service from the front desk lady to the owner who I think is the technician/mechanic. Besides having great customer service, they both are very knowledgeable of hybrids. They provided 3 options with the cost and warranty for each. Reasonable prices. I don't have a Prius or a hybrid but if I ever own one, I will come here or send anyone in need of battery help here for sure. To top it off, this shop also seems very trustworthy. Bookmarking this for future reference.

    I was in need of new windshield wipers and found this store. The cashier was super helpful. I gave…read morehim the year, model and make of my car. Then he asked me how they are hooked, and of course I had no idea so he went outside to my car to check. We returned to the store and he showed me the different brands of wipers. After I purchased them he asked if I needed help to put them on and I said yes. I have never ever changed windshield wipers .... ever! He put them on for me! Excellent customer service!! Would come back to this store again. I can't remember the cashier's name but he is from San Juan Batista.

    Customer Service is incompetent: I ordered products online…read moreon 4/27/26 and paid for express delivery. Let me tell it will be the last time I order with AutoZone online. I received one of the products the next day. I called AutoZone customer service to inquire on my other product and they said they mistakenly shipped it on regular USPS and that it would take 7-10 business days. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the language barrier was bad with the customer service rep. The supervisor said that due to their internal error she would ship out a replacement for the part on FedEx on 4/29/26 in which I was to receive yesterday 4/30/26. I went to track the package and it showed it could not be delivered due to a wrong address. I called AutoZone customer service again on 5/1/26. The gentlemen verified my address on my account but I told him FedEx says they have a wrong address and only AutoZone can fix it since they are the shipper. I was on hold for what seemed like forever. He came back and said he spoke with FedEx and they indeed had the wrong address. I asked how that happened and he stated that it was another internal error. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for FedEx to update the address and then try to deliver. This is the worst experience ever. Customer service was not easy to work with, so many reps with language barriers. I had to keep insisting for them to correct their internal errors and had to speak to 2 supervisors . I have never had an issue at the local AutoZone store but since they did not have the parts I needed available, I had to order them online. I will never order online from AutoZone again!
