In the years prior my family has had good experiences here so we went with it assuming there would be no issues. We dropped the car off mid august with the understanding that they had the parts, would give us updates on the vehicle Tuesday's and Thursday's, and that it would be about two weeks before we had it back. The goal was for us to not have the vehicle totaled out and we had explained that to them and they were willing to work with us if it were to get close to that. After about three weeks of hearing absolutely nothing from them, we found out from our insurance that the car was being totaled instead of being fixed. The same day we found that out we received a call from the tow truck company who was going to be taking the car to see if we had cleaned it out yet. So we rushed down there under the impression that it was going to be towed that afternoon, but instead later found out that the people at the shop told the tow company that we had not cleaned out the car yet. After we had already been there and specifically told them it was empty and handed the keys in. Which led to the process of it being totaled taking even longer because of them not being honest. We had also found out that the main guy who was on my car just never filed the paperwork for the total process which is why it took so long to be processed. I absolutely do not recommend going here they are not professional at all, drag things on way longer than necessary, and have absolutely no communication with the customer.

I arrived at Discount Tire in Medford at 5:56 p.m., just before closing, and was concerned I might be turned away. Instead, Daniel and Steven immediately stepped in to help. They quickly inspected the tire and explained that if the nail was in the center of the tread, the repair would likely be free, but if it was in the sidewall, replacement might be necessary. After putting the vehicle on the lift, they found the nail was in the center of the tire and were able to complete a quick patch repair. I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes.
