O'Neill I had not used in years due to the horrible experience with the service staff and bad service on my car. I had to go in for service a few times recently and on top of being treated just like I remember absolutely terrible my car was never fixed properly so I had to bring it to another GM dealership who treated me outstanding and actually fixed my car on my first visit. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this service center at all costs if you want to be treated with respect and get your car back actually fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Additional update I just went and opened up the hood to check the oil and it appears O'Neill broke my hood struts so the hood wouldn't stay open. So in addition to them not fixing my car and not wanting to fix it after failing to fix it many times, they also break my hood struts, just wonderful! read more

My daughter found the car she wanted (The Envista) at this location. We came in and everyone was so nice. Tom W. Was amazing!! He was funny and engaging. He even held pocketbook!! There were a few hiccups. Tom was patient. The team here worked together to make sure everything ran smoothly. Tom was multitasking: getting me a snack, making calls, doing paperwork, sending emails, getting the car detailed and filled up with gas to setting up the app!! Truly customer focused here! We had a great experience! If you need a car, this is the place. Tom, rocks!!! After the purchase there was an issue with the dealership processing the certified check. It is known that a certified check is a personal check that a bank has verified as legitimate and guaranteed to be paid. Well whomever processes payments at the dealer could not get the check processed through their system and began calling my daughter and demanding she figure their issue out. They stated the check wasn't valid and she needed to give them another check. My daughter contacted the bank and they told her that if the dealership was trying to process the check electronically that it would not go through, and they would need to go to the bank. Instead of doing that, they proceeded to contact my daughter, and it became unbearable. This was not acceptable. They made her feel like she had done something wrong, and this was not the case. We hope they figure out the process so this doesn't happen to another buyer. read more

In September I had lower control arms put on. Was told that I needed to replace a motor mount. I called to have them order the part, I left messages on two different days still no callback. Finally, I was able to reach someone and they transferred me to someone who could help. I ordered the motor mount, it came in and I set up an appointment for service. I get there and I tell the service rep about the noises and he says it's the mount but we'll let you know if it's anything else after the test drive. As I'm going to checkout I asked him did they checkout the noises? He says, "we did the service on the part you ordered, we don't work for free." After paying for the service I leave the dealership and my car still sounds like the bottom is falling apart. Needless to say this company has gone down and I'm not sure that I'll ever be back. Mind you I purchased the car from them almost 8 years ago. I've also used them numerous times. Very disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone else. read more

I had to change the battery in the key fob. When I did, the fob had to be reprogrammed. O'Neil wanted over $100 to do so. When I brought it in, they were unable to reprogram the key fob and stated that the system would have to be replaced for a price of $400-500 dollars. When I left I saw that "Batteries and bulbs" reprogrammed keys and fobs. $64 later and five minutes I was all set. Makes me wonder if service at O'Neil's was either incompetent or dishonest. Bought used Cadillac xt6 here about 8 months ago. Had it in for service oil and filter a few moths ago. Went to change oil and filter again today. Drain plug as well as filter were so tight that they were virtually impossible to remove. Thanks O'Neil! You've lost my business going forward permanantly. read more

Oneil Buick GMC(869 W Street Rd, Warminster, PA 18974 ) had my husband's GMC Yukon Denali XL for service for 2 weeks in June 2024. When they finally got around to working on the vehicle it caught fire, the fire department had to come out to get the fire under control. The dealer gave my husband the run around when he tried to find out their insurance company to file a claim. Finally he filed a claim with our insurance, the car was totaled and the balance of his loan was paid. Now he is out of a vehicle to get to and from his job as a school bus driver everyday. Under the PA Bailment law: The bailor is entitled to compensation for any damage or loss resulting from the bailee's negligence, breach of contract, or violation of the terms of the bailment. My husband is a U.S. merchant marine, he took a job on land to remain home to help me with our 4 children. We now share a car. We live in Warminster, I work in Quakertown, he works in Colmar. I must now leave the house with him every morning at 5:30am, to get him to work, I wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes before traveling to my job because my start time in 7am. He has a 3hour layover/break in his shift where he must stay at his work because he has no vehicle to get home. When I get off at 3pm I drive back to his work in Colmar and wait for him for about an hour in my car until he gets off and we travel home. We do this almost 5 days a week, some weeks I work an overnight shift at my job which means he must drive from Warminster to Quakertown at 11pm, drop me off, get back home to get some sleep before he has to leave for work at 5:30am. Then during his layover he must pick me up, I drop him back to Colmar and return to Quakertown with the car until 3p when I leave to go to his work and wait for him and hour. Then we finally return home to our 3 children ages 10, 7, 3. Then one of us picks up our 16 year old from her part time job. I only gave a star because the site required it. read more

My salesman was Keith S. and my husband purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain Denali with O'Neil. Let me start by saying when I found this dealership we already had a car picked out at another dealership. In the time that we had between delivery my husband kept saying he wished he could get the Terrain in a Denali but the price was more that we wanted to spend. That's when I hit the internet and O'Neil had the exact car with all the features we wanted at a price that beat every other dealer in the area. We came in and I explained the situation to Keith who was nothing but helpful and accommodating the entire time. He worked with us to get as many discounts as possible and was just a pleasure to deal with in every way. We had our Buick Enclave in for service routine visit and the car was running great prior to dropping the vehicle off and when we returned to get the car we were told in order to keep the vehicle on the road it would need $989 in repairs and then when we made a little stink the price came down to $600 not covered under the extended warranty we bought. Just bought a new Regal Sportback here, and couldn't be happier. This is our second purchase from these nice folks, which should say a lot about how well we were (and still are) treated. Frank Raisman was our salesman both times, and I think it's important to note up-front that he is NOT a high-pressure "git 'er done" kind of guy. He doesn't follow you around the showroom unless you ask him (salespeople who follow you always make me feel like they think I'll shoplift a car unless I'm constantly supervised!). Frank's "style" is simple, friendly courtesy, coupled with lots of enthusiasm for the cars he sells. It sure seems to work! Our first purchase from Frank was a new Buick Encore in back in 2014. We were looking for a nice mini-SUV, as feature-rich as we could afford, which would last us for a long time. While our Encore has certainly been a wonderful vehicle -- which we recommend to everyone -- we got an unexpected additional bonus: Frank brought us into the O'Neil Family. When we had questions or problems, Frank was always available to work with us (even gave us his cell number for after-hours calls!), and introduced us to other family members who have also helped us out. On my most recent service visit for my car's 35000 mile service, I received a vehicle report that said everything was good to go, but, they never "topped off" the fluids like they said they did. In fact, my coolant level is so low that I'll probably get a warning light in a few days. I take my new. (2017) to the dealership for service because it's still under warranty and you expect for what they charge for labor for " factory trained technicians" to service your car, well, you expect a little better, more thorough, bang for your buck sadly, this time that did not happen. Wife took car in for service to address a transmission jitter and for a 50-mile service. Was charged a lot of money for a wheel balance, alignment and a number of other things and car came home with same transmission jitter it was taken in to fix. Took car back and was charged a lot more for a transmission fluid flush which also didn't fix the problem. Service talks down to customers. Escalated to senior manager who didn't return repeated calls and clearly doesn't seem to care. Beware, seemingly service department/dealership manufacturing business during these difficult times. read more

You have been warned!!! do not buy a car from here! I purchased an Acadia less than a year ago used, low mileage and have had nothing but issues. My vehicle did come with a certified warranty which you will definitely pay for with the price of the car so some of the repairs were covered however, 2 big ticket items were not. the one fix will cost me 2k. We called O'Neil and they basically said there was nothing they could do. recap- They let me buy this car with 4 crappy tires(one actually had a plug in it), mold in the engine lines which leaked in the main cabin and a leak in the sunroof which cause hidden internal damage and mold. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I had to call scheduling three times prior to my scheduled appointment and each time the man in scheduling was rude to me and talking to me like I was an inconvenience. My appointment for service was on a Wednesday. The Friday before I needed to have the car towed to them. I called Friday to remind them that I was towing it in and confirmed for the second time I didn't need to be present for the appointment. Wednesday comes and I call them that evening because I didn't hear anything about my car. Rude again I'm told they don't see my appointment in the system. I call back the next day and they say not only do they not have my appointment but they don't have my car. Finally someone says oh I found it in the parking lot but there is no key. So I drive over that Saturday and find my car in the lot unlocked. It had been sitting there for 5 days untouched and unlocked. They tell me they can't get to it until Monday. I ask for a rental car and they tell me no. Not satisfied I speak to Tim the service advisor and he says he will call me on Monday and never calls me back. They tell me it's a dead battery and charge me $320 and they don't offer an apology or discount. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a problem with my GMC Denali Sierra leaking oil... This is not the fault of the dealership. But, I called to set an appt to have my Truck brought in because of the leak, the person I spoke to (a Lady) was rude and told me to bring the truck back to the place I bought it or I should fix it myself, because they are too busy to help me because of Easter. I told her I had to bring it to Oneil because it was close to my work and the dealership I purchased it at assured me it was under warranty at any GMC dealer. She huffed and told me that I could bring it in on the following Thursday at 8'clock. I asked her if there was a car I could borrow and she told me there was a shuttle and I told her I would be ok with that. I brought the truck in at 8am Thursday as she told me there was an appt for my truck,and when I got there there was no appt in the system... So I still dropped off my truck for the oil leak and I asked about the shuttle. He said it will be here in a couple of Minutes... 50 minutes later it showed up and I barely made it to work. I called several times during the day to find out about the status of my truck and they said it had not been brought in yet..I WAS THE FIRST ONE THERE.. by 3pm I got worried because since I started calling to check in with the service writer about the status they said he was at lunch... for 4 HOURS, when I jokingly asked if they were concerned they were surprised I knew that he was gone all day. I started to get worried that they were not going to fix my car and find out the reason for the oil leak I began to look for transportation to the dealership since I could not get any answers on the status. As I was waiting for a ride from a coworker, they called me and told me my truck was done at 4:30pm. I get there and my truck was supposedly finished.... As per the 5 star reviews they say they wash the vehicle EVERY time they get serviced at the dealership....MINE WAS NOT... I asked about it and they ran it through a quick wash... I was exhausted by this experience and I vowed to myself NEVER to come back to such an unprofessional dealer again.... Then the next day as I drove from my drive way.... you guessed it... Still leaking!!!!!!!!! So I went through all of that for NOTHING, I asked when I picked it up and they told me it was loose oil filter....GUESS NOT! you have forever lost my business and everyone else I can ever pass this treatment I experienced on to. read more

2016 Sierra Denali. This truck has issues from GMC and the dealer can only try to fix-it. I wish that the info communicated to me in person would match the info the dealer sends to GM. Truck vibrates and I can't get a straight story from this dealership. First repair- I the truck was in for service I was asked how did I drive the truck home because of how bad the vibrations were. After 3 or 4 days, they could not get the vibration to go away until the switched wheels and tires from a new truck on the lot. I pick up the truck and once I get on the highway.... Vibrations. I called immediately and was advised that I'm not used to driving a truck. I traded a truck in when I purchased this one. Second repair- This was at a different dealer who would not take to truck in for service because 1.) this is not an easy fix for these trucks 2.) the dealer did not feel that the proper procedure was followed to diagnose and fix the issue.... Back to O'Neil Third repair- Back at O'Neil. They had the truck for another 3 days or so. Fixed a paint issue. Was told there was nothing to fix concerning the vibration. Go for a test drive with a technician. I was advised that he felt the vibration. OK. Talk to the salesman and he let me drive a new truck which did not vibrate. OK Talk to the service mgr. and he said he test drove my truck, felt the vibration but it was a normal vibration... Normal? The truck didn't have 1,000 miles on it yet. After hearing back from GM (I opened a case with GM after the first repair and still vibrated), the GM rep was not told the same story I was given. I am beyond frustrated. I am typically a local mechanic kind-of-person, but as my Saab can register an obscure warning at any time, I've stuck with the dealer and their 'Saab guy'. From an amazing used car purchase experience to service experiences that have consistently been more reasonable than expected, professional, and very honest. The sales experience was as good if not better than my service experience! Got a great price on my 09 Yukon XL, they got me an amazing finance rate as well! Drove an hour and a half down there to see a vehicle yesterday, fell in love with it and got screwed! I drove the vehicle, talked price, had them value my current truck for trade in and then my salesman, Tom W. told me he would talk to his manger to see if there was any wiggle room in price or trade-in value. He said he would call/email with firm numbers once he talked to his manager. I left there at 1pm to head home with the firm understanding that if all went well I would be back today to get the vehicle. Emailed him yesterday at 3:30 to say thanks for taking the time and I was looking forward to getting the final numbers. I called this morning about 10:30 to see what was going on and he tells me "oh, yea, I just got your email. I sold that soon after you left." Not a flippin' care in the world and couldn't be bothered to even let me know, just let me spin my wheels all night! And they wonder how car salesmen get a bad wrap, well THIS is why. IN RESPONSE: So you understand, I was never asked to leave a deposit. I left with the understanding that Tom W. would call me with the details of final pricing as soon as he was able to talk to his manager. As Tom put it this morning when I called to find out why he didn't get back to me, " oh someone came in soon after you left and I sold it". Just leased a new Buick from O'Neil, Keith was so fabulous. He was direct, honest and caring about my needs both financially and in what I wanted in a vehicle. I highly recommend Keith if you need to purchase or lease a Buick. I test drove the car with my husband along for the process, but Keith worked directly with me as it was my car to purchase, he didn't have the "one of the boys" mentality and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. My husband and I purchased a GMC Sierra 2006 truck from O'Neil. We paid for the extended warranty and have exclusively had the truck serviced in this Warminster location. My husband has taken great care of this truck and has only 40,000 on it. Monday I was told that all four brake lines needed to be replaced due to excessive corrosion. Several service men peppered me with BS about this being normal. I researched and found over ten pages of complaints and filings with NHTSA. I asked GMC to take responsibility and assist with the $2700.00 bill due to the defective and unsafe truck they sold us, but was denied. I completely understand that they made a mistake in using the materials and believe a recall is in order. The 1990 Ranger my husband was offered $100 as a trade in at the time of purchase, has been used for many years by his brother and nephew whom he gave it to with no corrosion. When it was gifted, the Ranger had over 110,000 miles. Subaru recalled and replaced corroded brakes for their customers from the same time period. Leaving the dealership, after paying my $2700 bill, I had to turn around because my brakes were still not right. Obviously GMC and the O'Neil dealership, do not value patronage, nor do they value the safety of their customers once again sending me on the road with unsafe brakes.
