I had never had a bad nails experience before, I just went because I have a wedding this weekend and my normal salon was fully booked. If I wouldn't have had the wedding coming up I would have just cut my losses, but I didn't have a choice except to take another risk. After the terrible experience I had yesterday, I came here pretty apprehensive about trying ANOTHER new place after what happened before, but they totally saved the day! Salon was very cute, lots of people (so it's popular!) but very chill. Nice atmosphere, very clean, good music, and everyone was very kind. The appointment was a quick half-hour polish change and the nail tech who worked with me was very experienced, so it was super easy. I will definitely come back in the future, even though it's a bit of a drive for me!

The polish is also messy around my cuticles. On top of that, I wasn't given a full price breakdown until my nails were already halfway done, which felt a bit bogus--I was charged separately for filing, shaping, the Gel-X application, a soak-off, and the French tip. For the French manicure, I specifically asked for Bubble Bath and Funny Bunny, but the tech started with Funny Bunny instead. At that point, I was already over it and just let her continue, even though she kept asking if I liked it after I had already explained what I wanted. It became uncomfortable to keep asking her to fix things. To make matters worse, she kept nicking my cuticles, which hurt a lot. While she was nice, she didn't really seem to understand what I was asking for. For $88, I expected a full manicure with lotion and cuticle oil, but that wasn't included. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.
