As part of a Tactical Response Search & Rescue Team, my German Shepherd Dog (K9 Marine) and I ALWAYS ensure to have our MEGASTUN flashlight(s) on my weapons belt when training or searching at night (every evening) in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, N.E. of Lake Tahoe, Nevada. As a former military fighter Jet Engine Mechanic, electrical and mechanical engineer, inventor and metal fabricator, I appreciate the extreme quality of the MEGASTUN flashlight. It's light beam is FAR SUPERIOR to the Enforcer which I own-but-don't-use-anymore... and one Enforcer is defective after 6 months. This is where I discovered the MEGASTUN. The bright light beam is 25-30% brighter than the Enforcer and you can buy extra batteries and bring them with you, whereas you cannot do so with the Enforcer. If the Enforcer flashlight stun gun dies during your outdoor adventures/job, you're out of luck. With the MEGASTUN, you simply remove one battery and replace with fresh... HOWEVER, the MEGASTUN battery lasts for many, many hours, whereas the Enforcer, maybe 2-3 hours on one charge and done... useless. MEGASTUN if FAR SUPERIOR IN MANY WAYS to all other flashlight/stun guns online, and I have purchased and used them all. Now they're clutter in my workshop. I love the MEGASTUN so much I bought two (2) and carry one on the left side of my Weapons Belt and one on the right side.... and a spare charged battery (half the size of a golf ball) just in case I need it in the middle of the mountains for 2-3 night search missions. I use the MEGASTUN flashlight to see the terrain hundreds of feet ahead of us, and to also look for "predator eyes" of coyotes, bears, mountain lions and bobcats. When they approach too close, I use the "brighter" of the two beams of light. If they still continue to approach, I use the "strobe" light mode. If they still continue their approach I use the sound of the "stun gun" and that usually makes them turn away. As soon as my iPhone 13 network allows to send photographs from phone to home computer (hopefully within a day or so) I'll take photographs of the Weapons Belt with the two (2) MEGASTUN flashlight/stun guns with (holsters riveted in place) so you the prospective new MEGASTUN owner can see how I use them in my heavy training in THE MOST INTENSE OUTDOORS of the rugged Sierra Nevada Mountains at 5,000 - 14,000 ft elevation in hot summer or blizzard winters. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND the MEGASTUN flashlight/stun gun to anyone who wants quality and light and/or protection. Great tool for confident protection; well-made and dependable. We purchased three, one for us and one for each of our daughters. It's a little heavier than its 120,000 Volt brother but the slight weight difference is an advantage if blunt force is needed. I have used the baton three times to fend off loose dogs attempting to be aggressive while walking our little rescued dog. Just the noise of the 150,000 Volts stopped the dogs in their tracks. I met Elan at a gun show two years ago, it was a pleaser talking to the owner with the knowledge he shared about the Omega Star Warrior I was forced to use it when two of the family dogs where competing for the alfa spot, my wife was sitting between them when the older dog attacked the newer dog putting my wife in the middle. My wife was screaming while crying, the dogs were engaged, blood dripping from the head with a torn ear, my younger son was spraying all three with water, I got the Omega Star warrior going to put it to the test, engaged the dog with the bite on and pulled the trigger. to the ground he went, the other dog ran to house.
