Daniel, Joe and Ashley with O'Meara Restorations performed above and beyond My expectations by working very late at Night to solve My Plumbimg problem! They communicated with Me through the whole Process! I highly recommend O'Meara Restorations. read more

Hello Courtney P., I appreciate your attempt with leaving an honest response, but let's be honest here. The "assistant" brought was the owner of O'Meara Restorations, (Daniel's fiancée Jessica Legg) -- not a licensed technician, not someone with plumbing or appliance repair experience, just someone tagging along because she doesn't trust Daniel around female customers. It's highly unprofessional in a customer's home. They smell of smoke because they smoke marijuana on the way to customers homes. Let's also not pretend this company is properly licensed for the work it does. O'Meara Restorations is not licensed for electrical work, and now all customers are aware that the owner Daniel O'Meara pays another master electrician just to use their license so they can operate under warranty companies as a "licensed master electrician." That's dishonest and unsafe as the person who's license there using isn't even on-site at the locations both residential and commercial. A tow truck driver with Big O's Trucking, Towing & Recovery) replying to reviews on the owners behalf doesn't make the company look any more credible -- just more disorganized. This company has no business being in anyone's home. Short notice plumbing emergency. Called O'Meara via our home warranty service company and although there is a 24-hour period to respond, O'Meara was exceptional at adding us to their schedule immediately. Justin was our plumber who came prepared, did an outstanding job, and was completely professional. Further, he provided additional recommendations to help stave off any future challenges. Great customer service and work provided. read more

Terrible customer service. They were supposed to fix our washing machine and told us to move it ourselves. In addition, some weird girl comes along with the technician (both of them reeking of smoke) and just stands there. Terrible with responding to texts and phone calls. Was only using this company because our home warranty suggested them. Will NEVER use this horrible, unprofessional company again. read more

O'Meara Restorations recently repaired a plumbing issue for us that was a result from a previous faulty install. Great job, fixed the problem plus a mother issue from the previous installer. They explained what the issue was fixed it cleaned up all of the mess! And tested our water! We could not have asked for two nicer guys. We highly recommend O'Meara Restorations. read more

Outstanding company. I had an electrical issue with a ceiling fan. One company told me that I'd have to replace the entire ceiling fan. O'Meara Restorations looked at it and indicated it needed a part. They (O'Meara) were able to repair the ceiling fan, which I really wanted to keep. Therefore, I highly recommend O'Meara Restorations. And, I will certainly put them at the top of my list for future electrical and plumbing work. read more

I highly recommend O'meara Restoration for any plumbing issues. We had multiple contractors that we had to dealt with (through home warranty) over the Holiday to get our water heater fixed. They were on top of communicating with home warranty company (since they ordered wrong parts to begin with) and do an excellent work replacing the water heater system. read more

O'Meara Restorations - Plumbing Near Me - Jeffersonton, Virginia

We have a service contract for our home and although using these home warranty companies can be a nightmare for anyone who has one, fortunately when we have had a problem with our HVAC or plumbing, the warranty company has sent O'Meara Restorations. I love this company because they confirm the appointment with you, then they email or text you a reminder, then they text letting you know when the technician will arrive or text if they're running late and they don't waste your time with bs. Trish is professional and thorough and the technicians are as well. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants a well organized and professional company working on your home problems or issues. read more

This company was the best. After I told Trish my issues with my warranty company and the unqualified person they sent to fix my water heater, she immediately got Joe to come out the next day. He fixed my water heater with no complaints, issues or problems. Joe answered my questions and cleaned up when he was done. Such professionalism and care. Customer service means a lot to me. They are #1 in my view!!! The best!! I recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a professional who likes their job and knows their job as well as helping others, opposed to someone who's burnt out, and just collecting a check. Thank you to Trish for prioritizing my claim. Thank you to Joe for your kindness, promptness and getting the job done. O'Meara Restorations is #1 for me. read more

Excellent customer service. Made an appointment for a tech to service our garbage disposal. Had a medical emergency on the day of the appointment. The tech, I believe Justin was his name, went above and beyond with his communication, via text and phone, to make sure we were taken care of in a timely, professional manner. The capper was his concern for the positive outcome relating to the medical emergency that occurred that day. Can't express how nice it was to be on the receiving end of great customer service all around from O'meara Restorations. Highly recommended!! Thank you! - Supremely Satisfied Customer R. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS November 2019, we had a service contract to repair our water pipe. We paid 50% of the cost. They said the need to contact DC water to schedule closing of the pipe. 2019 ended, nothing happened. The pandemic came, still nothing happened. We started contacting them again in August 2020 and they said that the person that was talking to us already left the company, hence, they can't do anything about it. I posted a bad review on google and facebook and so they got angry. They said they will do the job if we remove the review. They owe us $2,500+++ anyways. So i did. But come November and December 2020 again, and nothing happened. The woman in-charge just kept screaming at my colleague for no apparent reason. So now, i am returning this review hoping that no one will ever use them. read more

I could not possibly recommend O'Meara Restorations more highly!!! My husband & I suffered through 2 1/2 weeks without a hot water heater in the middle of winter, in the middle of a pandemic, with my husband as a frontline physician working impossibly long hours. Not getting hot showers worsened his situation immensely. Getting the necessary part to repair the water heater was a nightmare, but O'Meara worked diligently to help throughout, were our advocates with our home warranty company, and there was never a doubt we were a high priority for them. We could not be more impressed with their service, and also more grateful!! read more

O'meara Restorations provided me and my family with wonderful, quick, and professional service! One week before Christmas, the hot water heater in my condo leaked so all water, cold and hot, had to be shut off. In condos, I am told it is common to have the hot water heater connected to the hot air for the condo, so we were without running water (shower, sink, toilet, etc) and heat! After calling several other plumbing companies, I was told that either they could not service my type of water heater or quoted me ridiculously high prices. Once I called O'meara Restorations, Trish and the O'meara team helped me everyday until my hot water heater was replaced. They were quick to respond to the urgent situation and spoke with professionalism and patience every time. Trish went above and beyond and put in the extra effort to call the necessary people in order to have the hot water replaced 2 days before Christmas, while other companies couldn't come out until the week after. What an amazing Christmas gift! Shout out to Joe as well! He was the plumbing technician that got the job done. Great and friendly guy and he worked late into the night to make sure we could have hot running water and heat before the holidays! Would highly recommended O'meara Restorations! Thank you! read more

Had my water heater replaced by these wonderful folks a few days ago after nearly 10 other fairly reputable companies in the northern VA area either refused the project or quoted me too high. The installers answered all my questions in great detail, and showed an abundance of caution in making sure that nothing in my home was inadvertently damaged while bringing the new unit up a rather large flight of stairs and taking away the old unit for disposal. Thank you O'Meara for the promptness & professionalism of all your technicians and for, above all else, doing the job that you promised to do correctly and at a fair price. You've earned my loyalty for any electrical/plumbing needs and have my most enthusiastic endorsement --- truly outstanding customer service! read more
