I just got a 22 F150 and I stopped at this dealership because I was looking for the small mudflaps that go on the back and I asked them. What would it cost for you guys to put these on? And the service guy told me over $300 I said what!!?? He said yeah it's almost a 2 hour job! I told him the Ford app I have says that it's $60 for labor to install ! I can't go by that I said that's the app that I got when I got the truck. He said it doesn't matter that's not correct !... whatever!..These guys are a rip off I told the guy there is no way it takes this long to put on a mudflap with three bolts. He said yes it does! Stay clear of this service center I'm not sure if they are trained to take advantage of people or they just don't know what they're doing. ! I'll just do it myself but I will never come back here for anything! Funny thing is is I was here about 2 1/2 or three weeks ago and the sales guy wouldn't even return my call. I think he thought I wasn't gonna buy a 2022 F-150 lariat I could tell he was full of it. That's why I went to Castle rock Ford and picked up a truck a few days later. !

Good local dealer, they marked up the price of the Bronco over MSRP that I suppose that's the industry now if you want a desirable model.

They called to tell me one of the employees was parking my van and accidentally crashed into a light post which resulted in a foot-long dent along my driver-side door. I accept that mistakes happen so I was extremely kind and said it's okay. They took advantage of my kindness and still had the audacity to charge me for the oil change. Later when I called to see when I could drop my van off to get the door fixed, they said to come drop it off and it would take 1-2 days for repair. They completely lied to me, as they had not even checked with the body shop how long it would take or what the repair entailed. They could have done this before telling me to drop it off, but instead I had to go 16 days without my only vehicle because they had to order a completely new door. This disrupted my whole life, I couldn't get to work, and they never offered to provide me with a rental vehicle, or at least a timeline of when I could expect my vehicle back to make appropriate plans. Every single time I called (almost every day), they said they would call me back with more information and never did, and I finally started calling the body shop instead of them. It really started to feel like they were wasting my time on purpose. The door was delivered and it took them DAYS to get it over to the body shop NEXT DOOR. When all was finally said and done, I went to pick up my van from the body shop and Larry Miller's was withholding the PO because of a "systems complication." I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I met the situation with kindness and understanding and was met with disrespect and just trampled all over. I'd like to share the names of the people I dealt with: Kiersten and Julianne, Kayla, and the service manager (I think his name was Brandon).

He's not a typical salesman, we didn't feel that unpleasant pressure like we've experienced at all the other dealerships. The rest of the crew was great to work with as well, all very nice and enjoyed working with them. If you're turned off by how other dealerships work, give Leo a shot, it was a genuinely pleasant experience..

Each time I came in with an appointment after letting them know the alignment was still off and had to wait around 3 - 4 hours. Today they finally fixed my alignment at no extra charge, since I paid for it 2 visits ago. A silver lining is that every visit, the Service members were very kind, respectful, and clear in their communication which makes a huge difference. I still would not recommend getting serviced here though, as it seems that they don't thoroughly check their work the first time to ensure you're getting what you paid for. I've unfortunately lost about 10 hours of my life to the waiting room in the span of a week for such a minor service. Big shoutout to Trenton though, he was a big help today in getting this problem fixed finally. If you do choose to service your car here, ask for him!

After leaving the dealership, I discovered a video from the service tech saying that I have a pretty big oil leak--an issue that should have been caught and communicated while the vehicle was still in your possession, especially given that I was there specifically for an oil change. When I reached out regarding this, following the video I was sent, I received the following response from Service Advisor Issac explaining: "We use 2 systems here, 1 to check in cars and invoice repairs and the other to track cars throughout the shop and send recommendations for repairs. When the estimate came to me all it had was the pollen filter on it which I forwarded to you. Then Tim got involved and we closed out the repair, and you paid for the oil change and left. The tech forgot to send an additional recommendation for the oil leak diagnosis, and I didn't see it until you mentioned it and I reviewed the video." This clearly confirms that the oil leak was identified (or should have been identified) during service but was not properly communicated or acted on before the vehicle was returned to me. It is unacceptable that a vehicle would be released in this condition due to an internal process failure or oversight. Releasing a vehicle with an active oil leak raises serious safety and mechanical concerns. Oil leaks can lead to engine damage, reduced lubrication, and potential failure if not addressed. Had something occurred as a result of this negligence, I would like to understand who would have been held responsible. My vehicle was returned to me in a compromised condition without my knowledge, which is both unsafe and unacceptable. I also want to emphasize my long-standing relationship with O'Meara. I have personally purchased two vehicles from your dealership and have consistently chosen O'Meara for service because of the positive experiences I've had in the past. Additionally, I was a friend of Steve Stern (now at Emich), which further influenced my decision to continue doing business with your organization. Over the years, I have referred countless friends, family members, and colleagues to O'Meara with confidence. Because of this history, this situation is especially disappointing. The handling of my vehicle, combined with the lack of accountability, has completely eroded my trust. As it stands, I will no longer be purchasing future vehicles from O'Meara, nor will I be returning for any service. I will also no longer feel comfortable recommending your dealership to others. This could have been handled very differently, and it's unfortunate that it has resulted in the loss of a loyal customer and the referrals that came with it.

1-Star Review I…read morebrought my vehicle in for a flickering interior dome light, fully expecting that if a failed OEM component was found, it would be handled under warranty. I agreed to a diagnostic charge only if the issue was determined to be customer-caused. Within minutes, I was told that someone had "definitely" replaced the OEM incandescent bulb with an LED, and therefore I owed the diagnostic fee, a minimum labor charge, and parts. They replaced the bulb with an incandescent. The advisor also pointed out that my reverse lights were LED and stated that someone had "clearly swapped all the bulbs." Fast forward about nine months: one of my reverse lights failed. When ordering the replacement, I discovered that the bulb type in the vehicle matched the OEM specification. I also learned that this model year (2023 Nissan Rogue) comes from the factory with multiple LED bulbs. In other words, the bulbs they claimed were aftermarket were actually OEM. This leads me to believe the diagnosis was incorrect and used to justify charging fees for what amounted to a simple bulb replacement that should have taken 5-10 minutes at most, even if it truly had been customer-caused. I had been warned to avoid this dealership but used them because they were closest. That was a mistake. I now drive over an hour to other Nissan dealerships and will never return here. For context, I've purchased over 30 vehicles across nearly every major brand and currently own multiple Nissans. This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I've had. If you value transparency and fair pricing, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
