I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was. I actually chose to drive about 30 minutes out of my way to come here after having ongoing issues with a closer dealership, and I'm really glad I did. The difference in service was noticeable, and it was absolutely worth the extra drive to feel confident my car was being handled properly. While there were a few additional services I couldn't take care of at the time, I definitely plan to come back in the future. For now, I'm just grateful to have my car back, running well, and to have had such a smooth experience overall. They also offer a shuttle, which is a great option if you need to get somewhere nearby while your car is being serviced. We purchased a truck on April 1st and were given five different "firm" pickup dates (the 4th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 13th). ​The Endless Excuses: Over the 13 days it took to get our vehicle, we were given every excuse in the book: a safety inspection, needing a spare tire, a new headlight, "the machines are broken," and not having enough staff. The lack of communication was the most insulting part. When we finally confronted our salesman about the silence, we were essentially told that because it was his "day off," he saw no reason to respond to an upset client who had already handed over a $6,000 down payment. ​The Staff: ​Scott Rockefeller (Sales): Avoid at all costs. He is unprofessional, immature, and eventually resorted to name-calling when we asked for updates. He has no answers and pushes every failure onto management. ​Nathan Johnston (GSM): A total ghost. We were told we needed to talk to him, yet he was never "available" and his contact info was guarded like a secret. ​James Houtz (Internet Sales): Told us "everyone in the dealership" heard about our situation, yet no one reached out to resolve it. He gave us a firm 11:00 AM deadline for April 13th and then went silent. ​The Bright Spots: Nicholas Trujillo (Quick Lane) and Eissa Hizhley were the only professionals there. Nicholas found the finance team after they disappeared on us and made sure our daughters had drinks and snacks. Nightmare experience and waste of time. Went to look at and test drive a used 2021 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack with a "clean title" and "in perfect condition..." That was a huge LIE. They are asking $41k for a car with significant body damage, full of bondo, cheap paint fixes and multiple covered up bullet holes, confirmed by pulling the trunk liner back and looking inside at the sheet metal. The car also has a significant MILEAGE ROLLBACK. No idea how this is a clean title vehicle.... and overpriced?? Was supposed to test drive this car today, and when i got there it had a broken and leaking radiator, scraped up undercarriage, and the wheels were off it in the shop. I continue to be astonished at the lack of concern at O'Meara regarding the issues I've had with their extended warranty. Buyers beware! 1. The warranty included a tether that was never disclosed. I spent over a week calling your dealership to have the tether released before a shop 40 miles away could make covered repairs leaving me without the vehicle during that time. 2.The warranty did not cover all items as indicated on your sell sheet in the finance office. Only one axle of suspension was covered (I forget which) and I specifically bought the warranty to help cover any problems with an air suspension 3. My emails to your warranty admin were not answered after several attempts 4. Your customer service email has not responded to me 5. Your warranty admin made frequent mistakes over and over - addressing me by the wrong name, telling me that the refund would be sent to the wrong location, etc. read more

I drove a long distance to see a vehicle that was advertised as ready for sale, only to arrive and find it in poor condition--dirty and not even prepared. The salesperson (Josh) told me it still needed maintenance and would be ready in a few days. We agreed on a price and I was told they would contact me once the car was ready. Over the next three weeks, I stayed in touch with the salesperson, who kept giving updates. Eventually, I was told the car would be ready that same day. When I asked for final numbers to move forward, he said he would call me back--but never did. When I followed up, I was told, very coldly, that the car had been sold--while I was actively waiting to finalize the deal. I escalated the issue to the sales manager, who showed little concern and made no effort to address the situation or the unprofessional behavior. I brought my Ford F-150 Lightning in for a standard 20,000-mile service and to address a few issues I was experiencing. Instead of receiving helpful, expert service, I was charged $250 for a so-called diagnostic fee that ultimately amounted to simple settings adjustments buried in the vehicle's menu system. When I questioned the charge, I was told it took the technician hours to figure out the settings. Frankly, that explanation is unacceptable. This is a Ford dealership. Understanding Ford vehicle systems should be baseline expertise, not something billed as hours of diagnostic labor. The interaction felt condescending, as if the expectation was that I should feel foolish for not knowing something they should absolutely know. When I politely asked if the fee could be removed, given that no actual repair work was done, I was told "absolutely not." I run my own business, and I would be embarrassed to charge a client for something I should have known how to handle efficiently. The idea that this took three hours is simply not credible. This dealership sales associates', Brandon will hold females car keys as a sales tactic to keep you there when you ask for your keys they say ok and walk away and come back with no keys in hand but a new offer which is illegal my sister asked for her keys 3 times they didn't give them back until the third time she said she wanted to leave. When I called the manager Patrick he argued with me which tells me they use this tactic he was not concerned about his sales associate committing an illegal act. Info below be aware and protect yourself. They cannot legally keep your keys just to pressure you * If you're there for service or an appraisal, and they take your keys (e.g., to inspect your car or check trade-in value), they must give them back when you ask. * If they refuse, that could be considered unlawful detainment of personal property, or even coercion, especially if it's to pressure you into a deal. What to do if they won't give your keys back: * Ask firmly but calmly: "Please return my property. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and within a month, it began breaking down. The transmission started slipping, and white smoke was coming from the exhaust. When I took it to their service department, they insisted that nothing was wrong and claimed that the issues I was experiencing were normal. After further inspection, they finally admitted that the turbo was faulty and needed replacement. I took the car home, but continued to face transmission issues. After bringing it back to the service department for a 4th time, they kept it for two weeks and then informed me that the transmission also needed to be replaced--something I had raised less than a month after purchasing the vehicle. Now, they refuse to take the car back, stating it's "too far out" from the purchase date. This clearly seems like a tactic to avoid responsibility for the significant issues that were so obviously present from the start. Ultimately, I had to sell the car back to them at a $12,000 loss, having barely driven it due to it being in their shop. On top of this, they never offered a loaner vehicle, forcing me to rent a car for my daily commute. The General Manager was unwilling to admit any type of fault and equally unwilling to help in any way. In fact, he didn't even respond to my initial emails to him. I only got a response when he "accidentally" responded to me instead of another customer and stated he would be giving me a full refund. When I said thank you, he responded saying he had written that by accident and there was nothing he could do for me except trade me into another car and take a loss on depreciation of the current vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! short summary: there are so many ways to earn a customer for life, but O'Meara chose to make an enemy instead of a friend. I took my truck to Omeara Ford for simple repairs - the subwoofer rattled, and the CarPlay system would glitch out. My service agent was Paul, who, while nice, turned out to be completely incompetent, computer illiterate (needing help from other service agents for simple tasks), and simply unreliable. Multiple times, Paul told me my truck was fixed, but it never was. My warranty has since expired, and Paul suggested I call Ford for help. Ford called Omeara on my behalf, set up an appointment, and once again I was told "everything was taken care of" and that there would be no bill. Then Paul called me, informing me I owed $500 for work that should have been covered by Ford under warranty. It took me 6 weeks to argue my way out of that bill. After months of arguing with Paul, dozens of unanswered texts through Omeara Ford's system, and over $1,000 wasted on rental cars while my truck sat in their parking lot for weeks without being worked on, I'm beyond frustrated. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. One last note - when I went to see the Service Manager, Mark, another customer was trying to barge into his office with similar complaints, threatening the dealership for keeping their car parked in the lot for weeks without service. TL;DR: Speaker still rattles, CarPlay is still glitching, Paul is completely worthless, and so is the dealership manager Nathan. He apologized and said he never received any of my numerous emails and phone messages left for him with his staff and promptly FedEx overnighted me the $100 check. I just got a 22 F150 and I stopped at this dealership because I was looking for the small mudflaps that go on the back and I asked them. What would it cost for you guys to put these on? And the service guy told me over $300 I said what!!?? He said yeah it's almost a 2 hour job! I told him the Ford app I have says that it's $60 for labor to install ! I can't go by that I said that's the app that I got when I got the truck. UNETHICAL is the best word to describe Omeara Ford!! My 25 year old daughter went to the dealership to purchase a used car. The first quote they gave her was for $26,715 for the car, fees, and taxes After telling the sales people the most she could pay was $25,100. They reached out to her and stated "if I can get my manager to say yes to your offer what time can you make it in today?" She agreed to come in that day and they came back with a quote totaling $25,120 for the car, fees, and taxes This is the first car my daughter has purchased a car. She took my advice to go to a car dealership that represents a manufacturer rather than a random place that sells cars. I did not feel she would get treated appropriately from a small "unaffiliated" shop. I actually did some research on the O'meara dealership before letting her go there by herself. The statement "We're just caring folks, passionate about cars, customers, employees and the community in which we work and live" were enough to sell me that she would be just fine in their hands. I WAS WRONG. As she prepared to go to the dealership to purchase the car, she sent me both quotes. She was excited that she had successfully negotiated her first auto purchase. As I compared the documents, I noticed the largest difference to be in the tax lines. $1,200 of the $1,595 reduction is a tax differential?.....hmmmmmmm alarming! Although I wanted my daughter to own this process, I made a call to the dealership with her to understand the tax differential. Much to my dismay, they informed us that the dealership had agreed not to collect the city taxes? She was not informed that she was simply now going to need to pay the $1,200 to the bureau of motor vehicles to register the car. We were only informed of this after I questioned his math and the changes on the tax line. I was trying to buy a used Ford Transit connect cargo van from this dealership, they are in Colorado, I am in Nashville Tennessee. I asked can I get a final inspection of the van a video after it was detailed so I can get a better look at what I was buying after all I am 1200 miles away. I was told they lost the keys, but they never bothered to call to tell me this, had to generate the call back and ask after waiting all day. POOR communications! Ok, meanwhile I asked to speak to the finance department Josh I believe to at least get the details of my loan that I applied for and was approved for because nobody told me anything finance rate, monthly payments, nothing yet they wanted a Deposit from me. Well, I was told that Saturday was their busiest day of the week, and they would have to get back to me in a couple days. OK, I get it they are busy with new potential customers but what am I? Since O'Meara is the closest Ford dealer to me, I tried to make an appointment with their service department. First, I used the chat feature on their website and was told that someone would be in touch as soon as possible. That was a week ago. After a weekend went by, I called on a Monday and spoke to someone (a receptionist?) in the service department who told me someone would be in touch as soon as possible. The next day I called again, and another person told me that someone would be in touch with me as soon as possible. They have my phone number and email address. No one has called, texted, or emailed me. Fortunately, there is another Ford dealer not much farther away (Sill-Terhar Ford). The response was like night and day: prompt, courteous response, an easy process of scheduling an appointment, and a friendly followup from the service representative once everything was in place. Night and day. I still have not heard a peep from O'Meara. I'll remember this experience when I'm in the market for a vehicle. I see that when there are other complaints on this site, the dealership manager sends a lovely apology. Honest Review: I went to O'Meara Ford for what I thought would be a routine inspection, but the experience left me feeling completely misled. Despite having zero prior issues with my car--no warning lights, no overheating, no power loss--I was told it needed repairs totaling more than the car's value. They claimed my car had a gasket leak, the turbo was "sucking oil into the intake," and the water pump was leaking coolant. They estimated the turbo and gasket replacement alone at $4,500--all based on what seemed like a rushed, baseless diagnosis. Why I Don't Trust Them: 1. No Evidence, Just Scare Tactics: * When I asked for proof--photos, detailed explanations, anything--they gave me nothing but vague excuses. The report casually noted the problems as "Please note: found leak..."--not flagged as critical or urgent--yet they immediately recommended replacing the entire turbo and gasket. 2. World-Record Diagnosis: * They initially told me their "diagnostic guy" wouldn't be available until Monday, but somehow, within 15-30 minutes, they had magically determined I needed a new turbo and gasket. There's no way such a detailed and costly diagnosis could have been done properly in that time frame. 3. Contradictions Everywhere: * They claimed catastrophic failures but couldn't explain how my car passed their full-point inspection. * On top of that, I've had two diagnostic scans done since then--both completely clear. No codes, no warning lights, no signs of the "major" issues they claimed. 4. Pressure to Trade In: * Instead of answering my question--"What do I need fixed to drive to work tomorrow?"--they dodged it and pushed me to trade in my car, even suggesting I go somewhere else for the trade because they "would undervalue it." This made no sense and felt like a clear attempt to manipulate me into unnecessary decisions. 5. Exaggerated Repairs: * They wanted to replace the entire water pump, even though my car has no coolant loss, no overheating, and no visible leak. Very disappointed with my experience at the service center. I've never seen a more disorganized operation. Scheduled an appointment for what I thought was an AC issue. They didn't get back to me for over 26 hours despite me calling and leaving messages with the service center. Not to mention the ridiculously high rate for diagnostics ($275+) Then they call me telling me it's not worth working on because hybrid battery fans aren't cooling... I've been driving the car with this AC issue for going on 5 years and it's never effected the cars performance. I think they're trying to pressure me into buying a new car from their lot, so taking for second opinion. I called them back to let them know I was taking it for another opinion, once again couldn't get through to anyone. Left message. No return call. That was yesterday at 2pm. This morning when I voiced my frustration to the service desk. They replied "us too. Every day... We had no phones yesterday and we got 3 times as many cars with half staff" Pretty sad when employees are equally frustrated with the operation and openly communicating it to customers. Right now I'm sitting in their service lane while they try to locate my car. The people working on it aren't even here and it's not on the jack or in the lot according to the guy I heard over the walkie system... Then they came out saying it would be 15 minutes (30 minutes ago) because "your keys are in a lockbox that only the mechanic has access to and he's not here yet" part of me thinks they're stalling because they can't find it. I will update this review if they ever find my car and the 2nd opinion checks out but right now I'm pretty frustrated and don't recommend O'Meara to anyone. UPDATE: got my car back finally after waiting over an hour... got home and popped the hood to find a dirty oil covered rag sitting on the engine... contacting Ford corporate about the negligence and all around incompetence of this dealership. read more

I was beginning shopping for my new car and I started with O'Meara Ford, I was immediately approached by a car salesman, Jorian. I notified Jorian that I was in the beginning stages of figuring out what I wanted but had thought I might want to test drive a used GMC Denali I saw in their lot. He was extremely pushy and wanted me to test drive a Ford Bronco which I wasn't interested in. He was rude, he was pushy, and he didn't listen. He made me feel like I was wasting his time despite me starting our conversation with a disclosure that I was just starting out. I would not recommend this dealership for women who are shopping alone. read more

Stand by... ---------------------- This is my updated review of the experience I've had using Omeara Fords service department: PLEASE READ TO THE CONCLUSION: This story begins in Nov. I had a negative experience with taking my truck in. It took far longer than expected. There was poor communication and the work wasn't fully explained. Fast Forward to April. After having had the exact same issue reappear I wasn't pleased. I reached out for assistance 3 times. I was finally contacted by Barbra Maxwell. This is where things went from "ugh" to "WOW!!!" She contacted me about my concerns and immediately offered to help. I couldn't get my truck in there fast enough to have it looked at and my concerns addressed. She introduced me to Mark the Service Manager and between the two of them I couldn't have been treated better. My truck was fixed immediately and at a fair price. Any concerns I had to begin with have absolutely been removed. I'm comfortable saying that if my next visit to Omear Ford go as well as my second visit went, they will have a life long customer for service and purchase of my all our future trucks. I wanted to write more in detail with specific complements to a few individuals but I felt somewhat rushed to get my review posted so I could correct my star rating to a 5 where it belongs. O'Meara Ford service center is absolutely horrible. I had an appointment to have a simple oil change and wheel alignment scheduled for my E-450 Class C motorhome on 9/5/24. I had drove 260 miles from North Platte Nebraska and stayed at a local Elks lodge for the night before my appointment. Upon arrival for my 9:00 a.m. appointment the girl behnd the desk seemed to be completely clueless even after looking up my appointment. I was then told that they cannot service my motorhome. They even asked the fleet manager if they could do it. I was told NO and this was the policy. I told them you had serviced it approx. 1 year ago for the same thing. He was super rude and said well that is not the policy now and babbled something about using Cruise America. I was so hot at this point that I stormed out pissed off as all hell. I called Cruise America and asked about where they have their Motorhomes serviced and they said.... O'Meara Ford. Now, to add insult to injury I have just received an e-mail this evening 9/8/24 that I have missed my appointment and to call them to re-schedule. What a bunch of jack-monkeys they are. read more

Made appt for a vehicle drop off was told I'd have my vehicle in couple of days never heard anything so I called to be told my truck was still sitting and waiting!!!
