This is a review for the O'Leary's inside the airport. After missing our flight and having to stay in the Oslo airport 6(!!!) extra hours, we weren't expecting to find good food. We did find decent food at O'Learys, however. Give it a try! Order a burger or pulled pork sandwich. The portions are huge! Service is really friendly too. The waiter taught me some Norwegian, and my friends and I sat at O'Leary's people-watching for a good 2 hours. read more

Some say that the scottish are thrifty. If so, they're beaten by the Irish (or swedes?) by several 1000 yards. I had the tiniest Bruce Burger w. Fries (269 + 20 + 15 = 304 NOK) and a pepsi (49 NOK). You probably know that eating out i Norway is incredible expensive... but this really takes the price. Smallest and coldest burger i've ever had, and worst fries... And they even charged extra for cheese and bacon, with no sign of the chili sauce!...No compensation when i complained about the cold burger, hence no tips provided. They tell you food is slow w 25 min wait which is cool they tell you that. It was the same for the other places too. That's what happens when they make it fresh. Local beer Jansa on draft. Beer and sampler plate is 35 US which is about average. Still love this country! No Bathrooms as they are located basement so plan accordingly. read more

The restaurant was very small and packed with people, giving an almost claustrophobic feeling. Tiny tables made eating rather difficult. The staff was friendly, but not very efficient. Very small and crammed, as you would expect from an airport restaurant. Wanna-be-American grill and burger place with a typical American menu. Caesar salads, buffalo wings, burgers and many sides are most popular. The service is quick, but not particularly friendly or helpful. We were 2 people total and just popped in for a snack. Ordered a basket of fries, 3 sides (aioli, salad and carrots with celery and dip) and nacho chips. Our side salad and carrots were combined on one plate and the celery + dip were forgotten. Not really something to have a fuss about, but just annoying. The food itself was nothing wrong with it, but not surprisingly, very mediocre. For these prices I'd expect a little bit more actually. Really expensive but that's Oslo. $110 for two beers and two burgers. Burgers are average. There isn't many places you can eat and drink beer and spend time in Oslo airport and everything is really expensive. So if you have to be there you can try O'Learys. read more

Food takes around 25-30 minutes so if you are short with time avoid the place. If you are a resident in Norway you already know that eating burgers out: this is about how good it can get. Prices are high as anywhere. I had a pulled pork burger and it was huge, even the kid's burger was a medium/decent size. Fries were fine, it's just fries right? They were just super crunchy to like hard crunchy, but better than stale! There were at least 4 different beers on draft. The service was good (it's average all around Norway anyways). The place had live soccer during our 2 hour stay. The place is not that big, and there are no restrooms. Expect to wait to be seated for around 10-15 minutes during peak hours. Of all the other places at this airport this place is one of the ones a bit above average, so don't expect much difference in price nor quality elsewhere, it's in average a good choice as long as you have at least an hour and a half to eat. read more

I give it 3 stars for incredibly swift and courteous service, which at an airport is the biggest plus to hope for. If you expect a gourmet meal at an American style airport bar you're kinda delusional. I had a margarita and an appetizer plate. The drink was ok, the appetizers was a ton of favored tortilla chips a small amount of mild salsa straight from a jar and guacamole. The very nice waitress had told me there would be a lot of nachos, by which I believe she meant the said chips, 'cause nachos usually involves melted cheese. So don't expect much from the food there, but enjoy nice staff, quick service and stick with a beer. read more

Had between flights hamburger here. Place was crowded and service slow. They had guaranteed 20 min meals in menu but they couldn't deliver. I almost missed my next flight waiting for my order. Pretty much what you can expect from an airport sports bar. It can be very busy at times, but the service is usually quite quick and friendly. The food is typical for this kind of place. Overpriced yes, but decent burgers and fries, and a caesar salad that is sometimes good with crisp salat and juicy chicken breast, other times soggy salat and dry chicken. Guess it depends on what's left in the cooler. An OK meal, nothing more. read more
