This has also to do with the pacing, with Japanese tempo: four ultra tasty snacks in quick succession (chili cheese balls blew me away even though the oyster snacky things that came first would have been at home in a 3* restaurant) followed by four more dishes at a leisurely pace. These included the craziest langoustine ever (gratinert and the head and claws blowtorched in a wooden wine box with a glass lid!) Some very interesting Japanese beers to choose from and a comprehensive wine list that we didn't look at. Very friendly attentive service too. Book before it gets too popular - this place is going to rock Oslo for a while!
