Different Cheesesteak #1243. Flavor for days!! Seared Filet Mignon, Cooper Sharp Cheese Sauce & Caramelized Onions on Butter Toasted Mini Everything Seasoning Pretzels. Whole Filet not sliced. I usually don't like a whole steak on a roll. I like to see what I am biting into. But these were good. Really good. I don't know why I was surprised. It is Filet Mignon. The caramelized onions added great flavor. The cheese sauce was creamy and dreamy. LOL. I like the outside-the-box thinking with everything pretzel. It does add very good seasoning. But it doesn't do a good holding everything together. Very messy to eat. The bartender was great. You can hear her in the background of the video. Steady flow of take-out orders. Been wanting to try this just super cool place since saw it on tv.. & its just great! Friendly staff, cute outside & in though my 5ft self was glad i was able to find a table w/o high stools!!! Lol! I got the pretzel steak sandwich & was delish though it was tough choice as the pretzel was bit hard chow down on with lack of a few teeth im dealing with! Very disappointed. My friend and I got two each of the spiked iced teas that were served to us expired and moldy. The bartender said she took them off of our tab and still charged me for three of them. They tasted weird, but we drank the first and decided to order a second one in a different flavor to see if it was better and then saw the mold at the bottom of the first drinks after ordering the second one. We didn't finish the second one, and without asking for another one, after requesting to close out she brought us a replacement, which we obviously didn't feel comfortable drinking. Both my friend and I got super sick on our way home. This was my first and last time going to this place very disappointed. Not only were they expired, but they were not refrigerated as well when it clearly states keep refrigerated on the box. The bartenders dumped the left over expired iced teas in the sink in front of us and still had the audacity to charge us for three drinks. I paid without contest because I didn't want to be there anymore and didn't want to cause a problem when we only drank the first one completely to discover the mold. I am concerned about the quality of the other food as well if they're serving moldy, expired beverages. A genuine public health concern. Not only did they dump the expired drinks in front of us, but she was also saying that they weren't expired while actively dumping the moldy beverages. I wish I would've argued not to pay, but I started feeling ill and wanted to go home. read more

Great neighborhood spot! I wouldn't consider this a dive bar but a step above. Amazing food and food specials. You'll find all age groups here even on a weekend night. They decorate to a theme for different holidays and have holiday events such as paint and sips! I come here often, especially for their weeknight deals. It has a great crowd of regulars, a friendly, attentive staff, cold drinks at a reasonable price and a menu consisting of some great culinary offerings. Anything that you pick on the menu will be a winner. They change the menu up to keep things interesting and, again, the food is pretty solid. These neighborhood watering holes have been valuable and needed parts of the community. Places like O'Jung's are the kind of place that when you move away, you fondly recall and when you return to the neighborhood, you return to for "old times sake." My boyfriend and I have been following on Instagram and always meant to go. This past Monday night we decided to go on a whim. The biggest let down ever. The bartender was absolutely horrible. All he cared about was sitting down and looking at his phone. We asked for a miller lite and a Tito's and club. About 5 mins later he walked over with half of a plastic shot glass and said, "You wanted Tito's right?" I corrected him that I wanted a drink, he apologized and then poured that into a mason jar, added club soda and a lemon and then served it. No ice. The food was either cold or overcooked. He originally got the food order wrong too. There were about 5 other patrons so it was not busy. He sat on his phone, looked up and saw the empty beer for a refill, and continued to look at his phone. We had to get his attention after waiting for about 10 mins. The chicken tenders were so overcooked that they were inedible. We ended up leaving the food barely eaten. We were so disappointed and couldn't get out quick enough. read more

Hands down the best wings I have had in South Philly. I always want to try the other items on the menu, but the wings usually win. The Cajun dry rub are so tasty and perfectly seasoned. I also love the Buffalo and honey Sriracha. They always have great specials(follow them on IG) and wing specials that are eat in only, so we are really looking forward to passing this pandemic and sitting inside. This place has amazing drinks and food. I have come here multiple times and I have enjoyed it each time. We came here for lunch the other day and it did not disappoint. I started with the artic splash which is an artic splash iced tea with your choice of flavored vodka. I chose lemon and I was super happy with my choice. The drink was pretty big for the price. For an appetizer we got the crispy buffalo wontons which reminded me of the buffalo blasts from the cheesecake factory which are my favorites. It was creamy and spicy and crunch all in one. For our main dish we got the pork roll sliders and chicken caprese sandwich. I chose the sliders and they were very delicious. It said they were served on a pretzel and I expected a pretzel bun but this was served on an actual mini pretzel. They were super filling and I really enjoyed them. My mom always gets the chicken caprese and she says she could eat it everyday so it must be very good. The bar tender/waitress was also super sweet and attentive. I will definitely return! read more

Went there 2 weeks ago and seen this on Facebook that they are starting to sell sandwiches. Cant beat a good sandwich with an ice cold beer. Well I went there with the intention to try it and leave but my taste buds told me to stay. I started with a beef and sharp provolone, then topped it with a long hot. One of the best sandwiches I had. It was a good sized sandwich and the beef was juicy and flavorful. After that I had to try the pork. Same setup but I added horseradish to it. I got home having missed lunch and didn't want to cook before the Phillies playoff game. I suggested to my son that we try a new spit in the neighborhood. There weren't any tables outside so we entered the restaurant. We were surprised that there was a large rectangular bar that filled the space and a corner for live music. We sat down and were warmly greeted by the bartender, Chris. The music was very loud and Chris realized I couldn't hear him so he lowered the volume. My son loved his large orders of wings and fries. I tried a daily special of two sliders. The first was so filling I took the other half home along with some of the wings. Normally, I wouldn't recommend any bar on Two Street, unless you have relatives down there or live down there yourself, because it's not for everyone. That, being said, if you're in this hood, or move to it. Go right here. It plays itself as an Irish sports bar, and the name is a play on the owner's last name, who is Chinese, adding the Celtic flair. There are tons of regulars who either work on the docks or in the area as tradesmen. Characters galore! Beer is cheap and, as a classic dive, has its share of surly bartenders. Sherry is the "unofficial manager" who will take good care of you! Linda is the salt of the earth that works on Satur-days. Bridget, who works on Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights is a riot! (She "introduced" herself to me by putting a plastic cockroach on my beer while I was in the bathroom! I jumped sky high out of my chair!) And she hosts drunken bingo on Monday nights. Holly is the owner's daughter, there on Tuesdays and I hear Saturday nights now for Quizzo. (Besides the below, I have "insider info" on this place that I'll gladly share if you send a message.) But, it's the family that owns and runs this place that makes it. Lou (Jung) welcomes everybody. He loves to cook and often puts out free food. He also sponsors bi-annual pub crawls and Phillies excursions. This is the kind of guy you want to know. He is warm and welcoming (as is his lovely wife Bobbi, who makes rare appearances) and thanks you for coming in. This family became so close to me that they threw me 3 birthday parties, gave me a wheelchair when I broke my leg (!) and threw a going-away party when I left for Philly to Chicago! They treat you like family. Again, Two Street is not for everybody, but if you find yourself down there, living or visiting, this place is well worth a stop. I will most certainly miss it! I have yet to find a finer dive bar in south philly. With all you can eat crabs AND bingo each monday night, the friendly and cheerful barkeeps are not only a refreshing change of pace from the average (badly) tattooed hipsters who run so many of philly's other watering holes, but are as attentive as hospice nurses, in that they seem to have some sort of "spidey sense" directing them to you whenever your drink is a sip from being finished. The atmosphere is one ripped straight from a Bukowski novel (minus the arbitrary violence,) with a majority of patrons being easily over fifty, with easily a millemium's worth of.night drinking having passed through their collective livers. And should you be lucky enough to catch it, the comedy styling of Willy (last name unknown) you will be entertained for hours, or at least until the time when you've had enough and decide to head home.
