I came at 8:50pm and now same lady tells me it's closed. I know she recognized me. I wouldn't recommend this place. For sure I won't be coming back here.

While they do charge .99 cents a mile, it's cheaper than Penske per day and Home Depot doesn't rent box trucks in Toledo. The woman working the counter is always friendly and efficient and I like that I can drop the truck after close. I also like that I can leave my car in front of the building, in view of the employees and cameras, while I am gone.

I brought them back to this location (where I had transacted other business), and was supposed to get a refund. Instead I was charged again for the same boxes. 3 weeks later, and nearly 4 HOURS spent in various calls to various people at U-Haul and I still have not received the initial refund or, the now necessary second refund. I'm still out over $100 after having spent over $3,500 with U-Haul in my cross-state move. U-Haul has confirmed that the double refund is due and states it has already performed the refund, but my bank has not received the credit. And now the store manager at this location, Matthew Lastra, refuses to take my calls or return my messages. This location NEVER answers their phone. It either gets answered by another location or by someone at a remote office. Obviously their sales staff is incompetent as they are unable complete a refund correctly. The main "customer service" number for U-Haul has not done them any favors either.

Then someone remembered Garst LP Gas. Call to them, "No Problem". We drove up and before we stopped the RV someone was out the door and heading to the tank. No looking, no guessing; quick, efficient, professional and more than reasonable. A lesson could be learned here.

All my phone calls are answered professionally and if I leave a message they return my calls promptly. Propane fills generally happen within 2-3 business days of me placing the order. The driver's are always courteous and respectful of my driveway and surrounding areas, they don't tear stuff up coming and going. Also side note, we just had a leach field put in and I told her to tell the delivery driver not to drive on it and he did anyways. When I called to tell her she denied him doing it. I took pictures and sent them to her and got no response.
