Needless to say, the roof, deck and the siding of my house took a severe beating. I heard about Randall from a friend, so I gave them a ring and the owner, Ed, handled everything from the beginning like a pro. He came to my house and met with my State Farm claims representative when they came out to inspect the damage, which really put my mind at ease because I know insurance companies can be shady about what they cover. Thankfully, they determined that my whole house was totaled so there was no back and forth over that. Because my roof wasn't leaking, I asked Ed if we could hold off on doing all of the work until spring when I was sure no more hail storms would be blowing through, and he was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to schedule the work for mid-March. His actual team that did the work was awesome, especially Tito. Ed took care of all dealings with the insurance company, which was so appreciated since I'm a new homeowner and frankly had no idea what I was doing. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars instead of 5 because they truly earned it.
