Dennis was the ONLY bid out of 4 that suggested I could keep my existing downspouts (they were actually swapped out for bigger ones last year) in order to keep the price down. He was also the only one of four not trying to hard sell me on gutter guards. He said if I wanted them we could always talk about them later. It was just such a great experience working with some one who I could implicitly trust and see an outstanding result. His price was very fair and I will more than likely be using him down the road when I need to replace my roof.

He quoted me 1600 to 2000 to paint approximately a galley kitchen and 3 average walls with 2high ceilings. He said he would have someone help him. said it would take 4 days. He was also doing doors and trim. When he came the next day he was alone. During the course of the 8 hrs he was to work he left twice the first day worked a half a day the Second day. When came the. Third day he said he had to leave early again. That's when I told him finish the walls and forget the trim and doors and go! I Had to tell to him to-paint the wall twice because first coat did not cover and he still didn't do it right! I had to get someone else to finish up! He even had the nerve to say he should have charged square footage the second day he came after he already quoted me. He's a nice Man but not a HandyMAN! Had to clean paint off of floor and fireplace Maybe he does other work better on other things and I'm sorry I had to post this but very upset over the end result and the additional cost it cost me and stress

I asked my friends and family for some recommendations for paint companies. One of my coworkers suggested Dip. He said that Dan the owner was a great guy and they helped him when he moved in as well. My coworker raved about their customer service. He especially loved how helpful everyone on their team is when you have any questions or concerns. Dan the owner is a great leader. I have a lot of respect for bosses that treat their employees well! For my experience with them, they do everything well! They do free estimates and their prices are great. I wanted a paint job that matched the color that was originally there. I guess the original people had a good taste in color but they didn't do a very good job painting. If they used Dip, I wouldn't have wanted to change anything. I was definitely glad that Dip does color matching! The results of the paint job was also super high quality! I have already recommended Dip to several of my friends and family for any paint needs. They're super professional and I can't think of any one better for the job. Everything they did was fantastic. THI is run and staffed by courteous, highly competent and communicative people. If you want to get what you pay for from people who clearly take pride in doing their job well, contract with THI. The quality of the work they did was excellent - better in several cases than we were expecting. The on-site staff were super courteous, obviously loved what they do and care a lot about doing it right. Total Home quotes prices up front and strives to stick to that plan. Our project had some cost changes, but none were really surprises, because we were advised up front of places that things could get more (or less) complicated, and when that did happen, THI always talked with us about how to proceed before making any changes to plan. You have to sign off on contract cost changes. Overall, we love everything they did. We have future remodeling work planned and will absolutely contract with THI for it.
