I'm writing this review today because they have yet again failed to provide anything close to good service. After getting a recall notice for my car, I booked an appointment online with them specifically stating the reason as this particular recall. Once I arrived for my appointment they informed me that they didn't order the part for this recall and it would be another 10-12 business days. I hadn't heard from them for 10-12 business days so I called again to check the status of the order. They informed me it was on it's way and should arrive in the next week. I again did not hear back from them that week so I called AGAIN and was informed that the part hadn't even been ordered. During this time (over a month), I have not been able to have anyone in the passenger seat of my vehicle due to the potential risk from this recall. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this place of business and would not recommended it to anyone. UPDATE: After receiving my complaints, GM was very responsive and made sure my part was in within 2 days. They definitely made the effort to improve their customer service and I really appreciate their initiative.

I refused to pay and reminded them of the inspection sheet. Then they said it was fixed. Next hot day i tried the AC and no cool air. Phoned them back and they said to bring it in. Now they say the compressor is shot and they would be happy to fix it if I come up with 900 dollars. They said it worked after they " fixed it" the last time. My question is, if they said it worked when it left the last time and werent going to fix it, then why tell me to bring it in? They knew it wasnt working properly. I jave brought it back 4 times since I bought it in less than a month. They tried to charge me for parts, repairs, etc. the whole way through this ongoing issue. Then they just say, " it worked when you left last time." I call bullshit. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I am not confident they did ANY of the inspection checklist now.

Called Jubilee Ford service to have a U-joint replaced on my truck. Now the fun part: they don't have the parts. So now I am left with no way home and no way to work tomorrow. Great to know my time means nothing to Jubilee.
