************BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!************ ************BUYER…read moreBEWARE!!!!!!************ ************BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!************ My wife and I decided to purchase a Ram 3500 from these people for our business. THEY ALSO OWN NORTH POINT AUTO SALES. From the get-go the truck was a piece of garbage. Electrical issues, the alignment was pulling the truck to the right, quite hard, the oil wasn't changed, air filter, fuel filters, nothing was gone through or checked. We traveled all the way from The Yukon to purchase this truck, a $5000 trip. When we arrived the truck was dirty, inside and out. They couldn't even take 10 minutes to wipe the interior down of a $50,000 purchase. There was mud in the passenger side air vent, yes...mud. As well as some strange substance mashed in to the speaker grilles. We were also promised a spray in bed liner, which was not done, and we only found out about after arriving from our long journey to pick up the truck. We've had nothing but problems with these people. They wouldn't return our phone calls, emails, text messages or anything else, we tried every avenue possible. It took the owner (Travis) over 1.5 months to return our messages. TRAVIS GUEST promised up and down that he would "make this right" and just wound up ghosting us. JONATHAN BRUCE did the same. This 1.5 month delay, plus time in the shop cost our business well over $40,000, and to boot we lost a large contract, due to Jonathan LYING to us repeatedly. This contract loss came out to a total of roughly $240,000 dollars. The truck was eventually worked on, and we are left with THE SAME ISSUES. And you guessed it, TRAVIS GUEST AND JONATHAN BRUCE WILL NOT ANSWER US, AGAIN! There's more to the story!! Come to find they've tacked on all sorts of bullshit fee's to our loan, so our initial purchase is now several thousands dollars more than the agreed upon price, thus skyrocketing our monthly payments. These practices are ILLEGAL, which they know, but they did it anyway. WE WANT THE TRUCK REPLACED. IMMEDIATELY. REVIEWS WILL BE GOING UP ON GOOGLE, YELP, FACEBOOK, AND ANY OTHER MEDIUM WE CAN FIND TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THESE CROOKS! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH GOONS LIKE THIS!!! Nothing good will come out of doing business with these people. *****************BUYER BEWARE***************** *****************BUYER BEWARE***************** *****************BUYER BEWARE***************** *****************BUYER BEWARE***************** *****************BUYER BEWARE***************** *****************BUYER BEWARE*****************

*They will lie to you, and claim "after market parts aren't available yet, it'll take a 3 month…read morewait for a new one" when googled there are magically after market starters... so he lied to me* My first time taking my car in for service it had also just been in an accident and needed some minor body work. I called and asked them if they have a body shop or if they have a preferred body shop and asked if they could get it fixed then as well. Was told no problem at all, we do that! When I took my car in "Pamela" scoffed when I asked her about the body work, and said "we don't do that!" She was then rude and acted like I was a moron. After this I had been driving to PA to Rally VW to get work done, because I felt Saskatoon VW didn't deserve my business. Until 2 weeks ago, my car was getting an EPC light and not starting. Then if it sat for 12+ hours it would be fine. I got stuck downtown after work at 12am one night. Started a day later and I drove it home. Then it died again while I was out shopping and wouldn't restart. I called VW roadside and they only tow to the nearest VW dealership. So it went in, $200 later they said "we couldn't find anything, bring it back when it does it again". It did it again the next day. This time they actually figured out what's wrong with it, or thought they did. At 4:30pm they called and said it was first a $852 starter part, but it was in stock and they'd have it done that day. Then when I asked how they'd change a starter in 30 mins, it was, "oh I guess it'll be tomorrow." Not even 5 mins later a call back, now it wasn't that part that they have in stock, it's a new starter. "It's too new (it's a 2019) so there aren't after market parts for it yet, and it'll take us 3 months to get it done". I then called Saskatoon Import Auto and they said they can get it done next month, maybe sooner if they get an opening. Save yourself the BS and straight up lying to you, go to Saskatoon Import Auto. I asked everyone I know that drives a VW and they refuse to go to Saskatoon VW as well.

unprofessional and incompetent. provide misleading solutions and false commitment. they don't know…read morehow to take responsibility for the mistakes, deliberately (as the facts suggest) put me into a default and when a resolve was communicated it was a lie. they would not provide explantations or proof to money sent or even a loan when repeatedly asked. I was passed around and told one thing but that was proven to bs. looking at it all now, from the pressure, the rush and failure to provide clear and accurate execution of the paperwork plus unexpected or communication of costs and did not disclose truly anything upon signing and rushed me right outta there at the end of the day when I still had question. its to bad that this company owns pretty much all the dealerships in town, truly what a joke, pretending to be professionals when the turn over rate and reviews should say enough! client care and respect to the facts are the most simplest and bare minimum for any business . the core values and business model is clearly broken.
