I refused to pay and reminded them of the inspection sheet. Then they said it was fixed. Next hot day i tried the AC and no cool air. Phoned them back and they said to bring it in. Now they say the compressor is shot and they would be happy to fix it if I come up with 900 dollars. They said it worked after they " fixed it" the last time. My question is, if they said it worked when it left the last time and werent going to fix it, then why tell me to bring it in? They knew it wasnt working properly. I jave brought it back 4 times since I bought it in less than a month. They tried to charge me for parts, repairs, etc. the whole way through this ongoing issue. Then they just say, " it worked when you left last time." I call bullshit. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I am not confident they did ANY of the inspection checklist now.

They made sales calls to me regarding my Rogue, to which I told them I no longer am in possession of it and I no longer have any business with them. This was back in September of 2024. Since then, I repeatedly receive calls from their sales members and each time I tell them I no longer have business with them. Eventually, I went into the office and had them remove my number from my account. There, I learned that they are supposed to track their outbound sales calls, to which many were not recorded, including the one I received that day. After that, I've continued to receive sales calls from their staff multiple times, even though my number is not (or should not) be in their system. I am fed up with their insistent calling and I don't expect the calls to stop anytime soon.

We reached out to the sales team a couple days prior to us driving 1.5 hours to see it to ensure it was in stock. They confirmed they had it and that the manager was demoing it, so they'd have it cleaned up for us to view around 9:30-10am the day we get there. When we arrived a couple days later to look at the vehicle, at the time discussed; we were told it was over at the second location (which was fine). We drove over there to be met with "Oh the manager isn't in today so the vehicle isn't here". We advised them of the phone conversation a couple days prior. They said the manager wasn't in Saturday but they would try and contact him. Eventually they got a hold of him but were told they'd have to go get the vehicle. Finally about an hour after our scheduled appointment we were able to test drive it. The inside was filthy, covered in hair like the manager was shaving in it. Dirty from being driven and the state of this vehicle were no where near the same. We ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else. From the time we set foot on the lot the customer service was terrible. I will not be going back.

Called Jubilee Ford service to have a U-joint replaced on my truck. Dropped the truck off this…read moremorning only to be told at 2:00 today that they just looked at it and yes it is the rear U-Joint. Thanks for telling me what I already knew. Now the fun part: they don't have the parts. So now I am left with no way home and no way to work tomorrow. Great to know my time means nothing to Jubilee. My advice deal with someone who will make sure they have the parts before they start the job. Oh and my next truck will not be from Jubilee ford.
