The problems come after the fact. They made sales calls to me regarding my Rogue, to which I told them I no longer am in possession of it and I no longer have any business with them. This was back in September of 2024. Since then, I repeatedly receive calls from their sales members and each time I tell them I no longer have business with them. Eventually, I went into the office and had them remove my number from my account. There, I learned that they are supposed to track their outbound sales calls, to which many were not recorded, including the one I received that day. After that, I've continued to receive sales calls from their staff multiple times, even though my number is not (or should not) be in their system. I am fed up with their insistent calling and I don't expect the calls to stop anytime soon.

    We were looking at purchasing a new to us vehicle and found one at O'Brians in Saskatoon that we…read moreliked. We reached out to the sales team a couple days prior to us driving 1.5 hours to see it to ensure it was in stock. They confirmed they had it and that the manager was demoing it, so they'd have it cleaned up for us to view around 9:30-10am the day we get there. When we arrived a couple days later to look at the vehicle, at the time discussed; we were told it was over at the second location (which was fine). We drove over there to be met with "Oh the manager isn't in today so the vehicle isn't here". We advised them of the phone conversation a couple days prior. They said the manager wasn't in Saturday but they would try and contact him. Eventually they got a hold of him but were told they'd have to go get the vehicle. Finally about an hour after our scheduled appointment we were able to test drive it. The inside was filthy, covered in hair like the manager was shaving in it. Dirty from being driven and the state of this vehicle were no where near the same. We ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else. From the time we set foot on the lot the customer service was terrible. I will not be going back.

    I have had to deal with Wheaton GMC quite a few times now and every time I have been extremely…read moredisappointed with their service. I'm writing this review today because they have yet again failed to provide anything close to good service. After getting a recall notice for my car, I booked an appointment online with them specifically stating the reason as this particular recall. Once I arrived for my appointment they informed me that they didn't order the part for this recall and it would be another 10-12 business days. I hadn't heard from them for 10-12 business days so I called again to check the status of the order. They informed me it was on it's way and should arrive in the next week. I again did not hear back from them that week so I called AGAIN and was informed that the part hadn't even been ordered. During this time (over a month), I have not been able to have anyone in the passenger seat of my vehicle due to the potential risk from this recall. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this place of business and would not recommended it to anyone. UPDATE: After receiving my complaints, GM was very responsive and made sure my part was in within 2 days. They definitely made the effort to improve their customer service and I really appreciate their initiative.
