They agreed. Was not done on time schedule agreed upon, fenders and hood were misaligned a rookie mistake. Paint began peeling on valance 6 months later. Third party mechanical repair which Kavia chose, attempted to overcharge on bill. After agreeing to fixed cost prior to work being done, then Kavia attempted to charge for nearly double the cost for a standard procedure. After complaining the second charge was removed. Not covered by s g.i., insurers are corrupt. Vehicle wasn't cleaned inside or outside. Would not recommend this shop to repair anything with wheels. Thank you.

I have been here before, today was exceptional!!! First of all, I was politely greeted by Carson,…read morehe was so polite, I thought (this cant be real). His kindness didn't stop at all, he stayed genuine and helpful the whole time I was there. Not only was he very genuine, but he helped show me some things that my car was needing. There was no pressure to get it done at that moment, and he made the interaction very relaxing. Michael his co-worker was also very kind and took the time, to also explain things...these are the qualities that make me return to places like this. I dont necessarily need over-the-top schmoozing, I just really appreciate good -ol-down- to earth customer service. Thanks again!! Carson & Michael!!!

After test driving a wonderful vehicle and also considering trade in value and repairs we decided to maintain our current vehicle. Every step of the way the team was transparent and easy to talk to. I felt assured we were making informed choices and I was provided updates every step of the way. We will certainly utilize Auto Connection in the future.

I brought my vehicle in to have the driver's side door window installed. I had already supplied the…read morereplacement window. During the repair, I was told that the window regulator was broken. I do not believe that conclusion was adequately supported. The original window had been shattered, but the regulator itself appeared intact. There are also repair instructions available for this model showing that proper access to the regulator requires removal of the exterior door panel. My concern is that the repair was being attempted without removing that panel. I personally observed the work being carried out this way. I tried to explain the procedure I understood to be required, but my information was dismissed rather than considered. With an uncommon vehicle such as this, it is entirely possible for an owner who has researched the repair to have useful information about the procedure. I would have appreciated a more collaborative approach, particularly before concluding that an additional component was defective. The interaction with the technician also became unnecessarily dismissive. I was left with the impression that the focus had shifted from determining how the repair could be completed properly to defending the original assessment. Ultimately, I had to drive home in the rain with the driver's window completely missing and the replacement glass sitting loose in the passenger area. I was particularly concerned about the safety of transporting a large piece of glass in that manner, especially in the event of a collision. My concern is not simply that the repair was unsuccessful. Repairs do not always go as planned. My concern is that I observed an attempt to complete the repair without removing the panel necessary to properly access the regulator, while the information I provided about the procedure was dismissed. I believe the situation could have been handled much more professionally by reconsidering the repair procedure, verifying whether the regulator was actually defective, and ensuring the vehicle was left in a safe condition before I departed.

To be completely honest, going to a mechanic as a female can be quite intimidating. Mechanics have a long standing history of taking advantage of women "who don't know any better" and before we know it, there are a bunch of extra fees for repairs we don't actually need. But that is not the case at TipTop Auto Repair. It feels good to finally have a mechanic who is not only knowledgeable, honest, and does thorough work, but also displays the upmost respect and professionalism when interacting with his customers. I 100% recommend this auto repair shop. I'm just sad it took me so long to find him
